本研究以探討使用者使用理財機器人之使用行為相關研究，目的為探討使用者使用因素，提供未來後續業界之參考，以及找出現階段理財機器人使用者的描述性統計分析。本研究以有使用過銀行推出之理財機器人作為研究對象，於 2022年 7月 14日於網路進行正式問卷投放，回收後進行資料分析，經過問卷後台揭露，本次問卷研究投放人數為 4765 人，回收 490 份問卷，有效得 387份，有效回收率為 78.79%。研究架構以 UTAUT2 為基礎，並加入感知風險成為新的會影響使用意圖的因素。研究結果顯示，績效預期、社群影響、促進條件、價格價值以及習慣會對行為意圖產生顯著正向影響；努力預期以及感知風險對行為意圖則是

沒有影響；行為意圖以及習慣對使用行為有顯著正向影響；促進條件對使用意圖則無影響。希冀本研究可以作為相關單位的參考依據。

隨著時代的轉變，性別平等意識提高，世界各國對兩性平權越來越重視。近年來國內有關女性從軍議題的研究日益增多，但切入探討的主題略有所不同。本研究係以我國海軍女性兵科軍官為研究對象，以計畫行為理論透過文獻分析法與問卷調查法來了解女性軍官的派任軍艦職務的意圖。研究結果發現：一、計畫行為理論的預測力在本研究中獲得支持，可用於解釋我國女性兵科軍官派任艦艇意圖的影響因素。二、我國海軍女性兵科軍官在職場工作仍舊面臨傳統的壓力與挑戰，以致在行為態度表現上呈現猶豫之現象，對於投入艦艇工作缺乏信心與意願。三、我國海軍女性兵科軍官投入軍艦工作的行為態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制，分別都會影響行為意圖。四、年齡及畢業班

隊兩項背景變項對行為態度、行為意圖的表現有顯著差異；而從軍年資及階級對知覺行為控制上有顯著差異；艦艇資歷對行為態度及知覺行為控制上有顯著差異。
