本論文主要針對外掛式助力型自行車動力輔助系統,探討模組機構與控制邏輯之設計。設計目標除了對自行車具有動力輔助功能外,亦可提供自行車於下坡路段騎乘時輔助減速之功能,也可作為發電機與功率計之使用。研究中提出一種單一動力源的動力輔助模組,可以控制輔助輪與車輪的接合與分離,此設計與大多數市售產品採用雙動力之設計之不同,另相較於其他市售動力輔助系統多採專車專用之設計方式,本研究採模組化設計,能夠安裝於不同型式之自行車進行動力輔助。本研究所提出之自行車動力輔助模組設計為採用直流無刷馬達、減速齒輪組、鎖定機構,其中鎖定機構之設計與單向軸承的應用為使用單一動力源達到輔助動力的接合與分離之關鍵技術。所完成的動

力輔助模組之試作品,針對不同自行車騎乘情境,進行動力輔助測試,探討平地、爬坡、下坡等各種騎乘狀況之輔助效益。實驗結果顯示,本研究之動力輔助模組可以完成輔助輪之自動分離與接合動作。在平地上,當駕駛者分別加速至不同車速而停止踩踏踏板時,系統可提拱輔助動力維持定速。

折疊自行車於臺北捷運與公車上的攜行收折經驗分析

近年臺北市政府規劃建置市區自行車友善騎乘環境,使通勤族可透過折疊自行車轉乘大眾運輸前往目的地的方式,日漸可行與完備。本研究目的在了解攜行方式、收折與包裝,是否會影響攜帶折疊自行車進行轉乘的意願,因此前測透過三款折疊自行車,分別為Brompton、Strida、Dahon,進行臺北大眾運輸系統場域任務,進而歸納出主要影響使用者經驗的因素為場域中的攜行經驗。再透過分析結果與建議,搭配人因尺寸,進一步設計一款新式折疊自行車原型,與另款相同系統的折疊自行車(Strida)進行後測,比較攜行經驗,提出更細節的建議與改善方針。研究成果歸納如下:(1)折疊自行車需設計以推行為主,揹行、提行為輔。(2)車身

最大長度尺寸應與輪徑相等,能有效讓使用者在揹行與提行時,減少碰撞與保持行走重心。(3)折疊自行車折疊尺寸應越小越好攜帶,但是在推行時須提供適合的握把高度。(4)折疊自行車在車袋包裝狀態下,需設置明顯的主、副抓握區,且須適當的符合手部人因工程或提供舒適的抓握材質。(5)車袋、揹帶的包裝與收納須簡單、快速,並在操作時能保持車身穩定不傾倒。(6)攜行時車體貼靠於使用者的肢體處,容易造成疲勞與受傷,因此車袋與揹帶需設計減壓、防撞材。
