論文摘要:隨著網際網路時代的到來,旅行社已經從傳統的報紙雜誌行銷方式轉變為利用網路進行廣告和促銷活動,因此,旅行社在線上服務品質的優化起到了至關重要的作用。在線上旅遊產品和服務的開發需要大量的資金、人力和物力,這也導致旅行社系統化朝著最大化和最小化的方向發展,儘管如此,網際網路現在已經成為旅行社運營中最不可或缺的選擇之一。然而,在發展在線上旅遊服務的過程中,作為具有無形屬性的旅遊產品和服務,越來越多的旅行社選擇在人多的地方開店,便利的交通讓消費者在其實體店面購物,在店面體驗到的專業、熱情的客戶服務,會給潛在的走動消費者留下深刻的印象。因此,線下旅遊服務品質也將是塑造良好品牌形象的最重要的關鍵
