and review was collected to form Mirage: Disused Public Property in Taiwan, over the past four years four volumes was published. This book selected one hundred critical cases from the four hundred cases exposed by the series, outlining the absurd state of Taiwanese society. In addition to providing
the public a reference for reflection, it also allowed youths who have yet to serious observed their hometown to open up an alternative dialogue through the lens of the camera.

小琉球炭烤吃到飽自助餐廳規劃之研究

小琉球，一個距離台灣只有25分鐘船程的小島，每年卻吸引上百萬遊客湧入，成了近年台灣最夯的觀光熱點。目前小琉球炭烤自助式吃到飽餐廳因普遍客單價偏低，基於成本考量因素，大多是露天燒烤，沒有裝潢也無設置相關油煙異味防制設備。在夏天觀光旺季人潮旺盛、天氣炎熱之時，炭烤自助餐廳之處盡是濃煙異味沖天，擁擠的座位與煙霧瀰漫的用餐環境，不只影響空氣品質也影響消費者用餐體驗。新冠肺炎疫情讓餐飲消費型態改變，也為餐廳帶來了巨大衝擊，使消費者在餐廳選擇上，更為重視餐食品質與環境衛生更勝於價格。本研究參考餐廳設計與餐廳經營管理之相關文獻，對小琉球遊客進行人員訪談，以了解消費者對炭烤吃到飽餐廳的需求，再運用消費者問卷
調查所獲得資料了解消費者對島上餐廳的滿意度。以現有的炭烤餐廳做為競爭者分析，以了解餐廳的優勢劣勢與內外部環境分析。接續對新規畫之餐廳進行市場區隔與定位，找出主要的目標客群，研擬行銷組合策略。依據行銷策略規劃結果進行餐廳規劃設計，從品牌設計到餐廳平面、立面與外觀設計圖。提供餐廳人力資源管理規劃，建立餐廳人力組織圖，建立員工工作職掌表，估算人力資源成本。再依照餐廳規模與餐期進行財務規劃，估算銷貨收入與成本進行損益兩平點，以投資金額與收益估算出餐廳的投資報酬率，提供研究結論與建議給予業者規劃與興建炭烤吃到飽烤肉餐廳之參考。

台灣觀光產業已經達到成熟，而要如何持續保持現有的旅客並且吸引更多潛在旅客是一個很重要的課題。近年來，擴增實境Augmented Reality(AR)和虛擬實境Virtual Reality(VR)的技術及其應用從各個角度受到越來越多的關注。儘管對於AR/VR的技術及不同目的之應用的研究數量激增；但是，AR/VR創新科技的實際應用在旅遊行業卻是被忽略的領域。本研究以文獻回顧及專家訪談，對AR/VR創新科技應用於觀光旅遊產業的實際案例有所描繪；同時採用創新擴散與創新抵制理論，解釋AR/VR創新科技在旅遊行業受到侷限的原因；最後，用鑽石模型理論分析，對台灣觀光旅遊業者及政府相關單位提出實際可行的
建議。本研究發現：擴增實境Augmented Reality (AR)和虛擬實境Virtual Reality (VR)的創新科技是一種激發真實旅行和提升體驗的技術。AR/VR提供新的體驗價值方式，增進旅遊動機，為觀光旅遊行業長期保持競爭力。最後，本研究根據結果提出建議方案以及未來研究方向之建議。
