不當的飲食習慣會使糖尿病前期患者血糖控制能力下降或失調,導致糖尿病的發生,即使血糖狀態受到控制,糖尿病患的腦部也可能已出現結構性的變化。目前已知,腦部灰質與白質的結構變化與認知功能障礙之間有著高度相關性。因糖尿病前期的預防成為糖尿病重要的時期,故本研究目標為利用高解析度之核磁共振成像掃描,分析糖尿病前期受試者之腦部結構,同時利用飲食相關問卷,進一步研究營養素及飲食型態對於糖尿病前期腦部結構的影響。本研究第一階段分析,相較於健康受試者,糖尿病前期受試者在腦部灰質與白質是否有任何結構性上面的差異。第二階段,分析糖尿病前期受試者攝取之各類營養素與腦部結構差異之相關性。第三階段以飲食頻率問卷搭配24

小時和3天飲食記錄表,以因素分析、線性模型及羅吉斯迴歸評估飲食型態與血糖狀態之關聯。本研究結果發現,與健康受試者相比,糖尿病前期受試者腦部部分區域之灰質與白質已有結構性的差異。而糖尿病前期受試者之灰質體積與白質體積,隨著總碳水化合物攝取量之增加而減少,碳水化合物攝取需占總熱量總熱量57%以下,同時飲食型態比較顯示,內臟與肉類攝取頻率較低,蛋與咖啡攝取頻率較高的受試者血糖控制能力較佳。結論顯示,糖尿病前期受試者已經發生腦部結構變化,碳水化合物攝取量有可能有關聯,將所有受試者合併分析時,飲食型態對於血糖狀態的影響較為顯著。從預防的觀點,糖尿病前期患者要控制碳水化合物攝取在總熱量57%以下並減少西方

模式攝取頻率對血糖控制有益。

品牌社群參與與品牌依附之關係:自我監控人格特質之干擾效果

品牌依附是企業從品牌經營過程到品牌成功的一個重要關鍵因素,為促進消費者對於品牌之依附,創造消費者對於虛擬品牌社群參與乃成為企業重要方針。然而既有研究仍欠缺探究自我監控人格特質對於品牌社群參與與品牌依附之關係的擾干效果,因此以自我監控人格特質為干擾變數,探討自我監控干擾變項對於品牌社群與品牌的情感依附之關係是否會有顯著影響。本研究透過電子問卷,提供受訪對象一個特定的網頁連結,受訪者可透過此網頁連結,直接點選進去填寫本研究問卷,總共收回702份樣本。實際驗證結果顯示,本研究在控制公眾自我意識之條件下,品牌社群參與與品牌情感依附呈顯著負相關,此實証結果與本研究假說一並不相符,但我們發現,自我監控對

於品牌社群參與與品牌依附之關係具有顯著的正向干擾效果,也就是說,當自我監控程度越高,品牌社群參與與品牌依附之關係則越往正相關的方向變動。根據本研究結果,提供相關建議以供行銷相關人員作為參考。
