ve computing hosts.The deep learning model was used as its core for malicious IoT traffic detection, combining open source vulnerability detection tools and a self-developed xss generation framework (XGF) to create a sustainable IoT device protection mechanism.In malicious traffic detection, we used

a time-sharing network traffic identification algorithm and a network traffic visualization identification algorithm as its core, thereby achieving malicious traffic identification for IoT devices without compromising speed and precision.Simultaneously, our method will control the firewall to block

IoT device attacks.In order to enhance malicious traffic detection capabilities, we have also added XSS payload generation rules to advance the web detection capabilities of its open source vulnerability detection tools.Our proposed method will capture the traffic generated by open source vulnerabi

台灣在半導體產業在國際上具有相當重要的地位,多家半導體廠家擴張規模,積極投入廠房的擴建與生產線的增設。造成台灣人力缺口的擴大,人力缺口由上至下游成金字塔型,測試與封裝產業面臨極大挑戰。在產品完成後進入封裝階段,會進行Chip Probe的測試,將裸晶圓直接使用電測機進行電性測試,而輸入訊號由探針卡為介面,將探針與凸塊下壓接觸進行訊號傳遞,並於凸塊留下針痕。但在接觸時,可能因探針卡、電測機機械、產品製程等問題,導致產品或探針損壞,進而影響產品良率及需要花費額外修復成本。 現今許多測試廠採用人工操作機台拍攝的方式進行品檢,藉由量測下壓後之針痕尺寸,計算該凸塊是否出現問題,但此方法除只能檢測局部

,且產線人員無一定標準,無法準確量測。本文將對於機台拍攝圖像資料集,提出自動化量測及檢測系統,該系統使用AI物件偵測定位,自動辨識探針種類並自動選取演算法,且利用產品特性,提出自適應之針痕量測演算法以解決機差問題。經由量測後,計算出各項指標,以此判讀該凸塊(Bump)與針痕(Probemark)是否符合規格。除演算法外,本文亦提出完整系統架構及設計操作者流程,以符合實際生產場域的需求。 本文所提架構已可實際部屬於生產線,除大幅減少作業員之工作負擔,取代人力抽檢環節,檢測張數從單張變為全圖抽檢,單顆凸塊檢測時間從1.66s大幅下降至5.27ms,且長度誤差僅於4um內,符合產線容忍誤差,並實際

部屬於產線上,實證可檢測出異常的凸塊,其檢出率可達87%。本文系統亦可自動產出判讀結果供現場人員複驗及統計,且設計網頁查詢站供人員進行歷史紀錄及結果查詢,達到量測自動化、符合現場工作流程之目的。
