  依據研究動機與背景,當時研究者在2015年年底某一天意外的在全國最大運動賽事的網站「跑者廣場」看到一場2016年LAVA鐵人三項短程比賽,然而研究者本身沒有鐵人的背景,沒有教練的指導下,卻在該場拿下女子組第三名的成績,因此產生了有成就感,於是開啟鐵人之路,也因為鐵人三項有堅持到底的稱號,讓研究者不斷精進自己的體能,自我要求以及時間管控,讓研究者感到自我價值與成就感的存在,且面對任何的事情都可以找尋正確的方法去完成。因此研究者想了解鐵人三項活動是否可以產生一個人自我價值以及成就感,以個別訪談的方式,邀請四位曾參加過半程超級鐵(簡稱半超鐵、113)或超級鐡人(簡稱超鐵、226)的社會人士為研

究參與者,以半結構訪談大綱進行深度訪談。本研究探討參賽者在參與比賽與自我價值有無明顯關係,透過質性訪談的方式來進行研究,整理出參與的動機、參與的心理素質及生活背景、參賽後的成果有無明顯的成就感或其意義。經研究覺果顯示,對於自我價值影響最大的是自我體驗中的參與過程及自我認知和評價中的自信心與價值感,參與過程賽中(後)都有家人、朋友的支持是堅持完賽的動力;參賽經驗越多,自信心越高,間接也會提升價值感,而在生活也會受到改變,類化到「生活層面」,更可以證實將鐵人的精神及態度運用在工作上。

研究背景:路跑活動近年來成為台灣受歡迎的運動項目之一。運動過後常導致下肢肌肉緊繃與疼痛,並降低關節活動度。目前針對肌肉放鬆有許多方式(包含:靜態伸展與震動治療等)。其中,震動按摩槍是比較新問市的產品。但目前震動按摩槍研究仍甚少,主要是僅針對一般成年人在關節活動度之效益且多為實驗室研究。迄今,尚不清楚按摩槍對於5公里的跑者,在運動場上執行長跑後,能否立即改善下肢肌肉特性與關節活動角度。目的:探討單次按摩槍與靜態伸展於5公里的跑者在跑步後於肌肉痠痛度、關節活動度、肌肉僵硬度、壓力疼痛閾值之立即效益。方法:本研究招募有符合條件之40位有規律訓練跑者(年齡40.92 ± 9.19歲;體重69.18

± 11.03公斤;身高170.30 ± 6.68公分),隨機分為按摩槍組與靜態伸展組。在田徑場5公里距離的路跑之後,每人接受雙腳大腿和小腿的前後側的按摩槍或靜態伸展介入共8分鐘。跑者在跑前、跑後及介入後立即,分別測量大小腿肌群的主觀肌肉痠痛度、踝和膝關節活動度、肌肉僵硬度及壓力疼痛閾值。結果:在跑完5公里之後,兩組在下肢皆呈現肌肉痠痛與僵硬,伴隨著踝、膝關節活動度降低的趨勢。在實驗介入後,按摩槍分別可顯著改善股四頭肌(非慣用腳,p = 0.006l;慣用腳,p = 0.016)、腓腸肌(非慣用腳,p = 0.001;慣用腳,p = 0.005)的主觀肌肉痠痛度;然而,在大小腿的壓力疼痛閾值以

及踝和膝關節活動度皆無統計變化。另一方面,在靜態伸展可顯著改善脛前肌(非慣用腳,p = 0.019)和腓腸肌(非慣用腳,p = 0.016)的主觀肌肉痠痛度以及提升脛前肌(慣用腳,p = 0.045)壓力疼痛閾值;然而,在股四頭肌僵硬度(非慣用腳,p = 0.036)卻顯著變高,及在踝和膝關節活動度皆無統計變化。在組間分析,兩組在各變數皆沒有顯著差異,但在效果量(effect size, ES),按摩槍組相較於靜態伸展組,在股四頭肌(非慣用腳)與腓腸肌(非慣用腳)肌肉痠痛有中等程度的改善(ES=0.63; ES= 0.68);在股四頭肌肌肉僵硬度達到中等效益的改善(ES= 0.61)。結論:在

5公里的跑步後,無論是按摩槍或靜態伸展對於有訓練的跑者在下肢肌肉主觀的痠痛度皆有顯著立即改善;然而,對於改善肌肉僵硬度與踝和膝關節活動度和提升壓力疼痛閾值則是有限。按摩槍的應用未來仍需更多的研究來證明其效益。
