背景:心臟傳導功能障礙會影響心臟血管整體的功能運作,臨床上根據患者罹患之疾病特性採用不同心臟植入式電子儀器(cardiac implantable electronic devices, CIEDs)介入治療,然而也發現在儀器植入後,患者身體活動量有減少的趨勢。心臟植入式電子儀器具身體活動量測量功能,儀器植入人體後,可連續偵測身體活動量數據,但目前臨床上並未善加利用此一數據,國內文獻對心臟植入式電子儀器患者的身體活動影響相關因素目前研究較為有限。研究目的:本研究目的在描述裝置心臟植入式電子儀器患者的身體活動量化數據,比較心臟植入式電子儀器客觀測量化數據與自填式身體活動量表測量之差異,並進一步

探討裝置心臟植入式電子儀器病人身體活動影響的相關因素。研究方法:本研究採橫斷相關性研究設計,以裝置心臟植入式電子儀器大於3個月的患者為對象,以結構式問卷訪談、內容以自擬基本資料表收集人口學資料、疾病特性、查爾森共病症指數、身體質量指數、身體活動知識、身體活動社會支持及社區休閒活動環境等資料。以描述性統計分析人口學變項、皮爾森(Pearson)相關係數檢測連續變項、線性迴歸分析身體活動量之重要預測因子。研究結果:本研究總收案數為128人,平均年齡為64.8歲(SD = 8.3)。線性迴歸分析結果顯示所有變項可以解釋30.7%(R2 = 0.307)的IPAQ-SF量表身體活動量的變異度,其中年齡
