隨著世代變遷，1995年至2009年出生的Z世代逐漸成為旅館產業主要的勞動力，世代間的工作價值觀有所差異，面對新世代的來臨，旅館應如何提供Z世代員工工作資源及對其的工作要求，以提升Z世代的工作投入與服務行為是當前需面對的問題。本研究以JD-R模型為基礎，目的為探討旅館Z世代員工認知的工作資源與工作要求對工作投入影響其服務行為。 本研究針對台灣觀光旅館Z世代員工進行研究調查，透過網路發放電子問卷連結，回收有效問卷共212份。研究結果發現旅館Z世代員工認知的工作資源正向影響認知的工作要求與工作投入，認知的工作要求不顯著影響工作投入，工作投入正向影響服務行為，工作投入在認知的工作資源

與服務行為之間具有完全中介作用，但認知的工作要求無法透過工作投入影響服務行為。本研究以旅館Z世代員工的觀點瞭解其認知的工作資源及要求，幫助旅館業界更加瞭解Z世代員工，並提供給餐旅學術界及旅館業界參考。

隨著科技的進步，行動生活已是年輕世代的生活型態，為了要提供一個良好的發展環境，近年來台灣積極地在推動行動支付，讓民眾享受行動支付所帶來的便利性，也是讓台灣可以邁向數位經濟及無現金社會的重要里程。新型冠狀病毒於2020年迅速擴散至全球，導致我們的食衣住行等生活型態逐漸轉向線上化及遠距化，卻也將帶動了零接觸經濟及宅經濟的發展。根據資策會產業情報研究所（MIC）調查，於2020年上半年，在新型冠狀病毒疫情嚴峻的期間，消費者使用行動支付的頻率增加了42.2%。2020年下半年，行動支付的使用頻率第一次超越了電子票證。且根據LINE官方網站(2021)指出，LINE Pay的用戶數達1000萬人，累計

全台已有超過34萬處的支付據點。因此，本研究以LINE Pay為例，結合Oliver (1980)提出的期望確認理論，以及Bhattacherjee (2001b)修正後的接受後持續使用模式，並加上信任之變數，來探討影響消費者在疫情爆發期間，是否對使用LINE Pay的期望產生影響，以及消費者使用後感到滿意之因素，進而影響持續使用意圖，並對LINE Pay平台提出改善建議。本研究採用便利抽樣法進行問卷調查，以發放網路問卷，研究對象為有在使用LINE Pay的消費者。採用SPSS 22及AMOS 22統計軟體做為資料分析工具，並利用結構方程模式進行假設驗證。研究結果發現性別、年齡、職業、每月收入

、教育程度、使用金額及使用頻率對模型的部分構面均具有正向影響；期望及信任對確認程度、確認程度及知覺有用性對滿意度、滿意度及知覺有用性對持續使用意圖之間皆具有正向影響；「確認程度」、「知覺有用性」及「滿意度」部分具有多重中介效果。
