企業國際化是為人類的幸福,組織的發展,經營資源與紓解貿易的障礙必須對外投資。多年來,國際企業不斷的蓬勃發展,許多先進國家的跨國企業為經營資源和貿易障礙在不同的地方開發市場、投資、銷售或生產,因此,在不同國家文化、種族以及人群,MNEs在當地子公司應該採取何種異文化管理,才能使企業能獲得當地市場的營業績效與顧客滿意度。本研究採用日本在美投資子公司的在職員工數據,探討先進國家對先進國家的投資。 既然美國和日本的企業文化大相徑庭,在具有高度國際競爭力的產業中,日資企業在美國採用何種的異文化管理為最有利的方式,才能提高當地市場的顧客滿意度;並通過探索組織承諾的中介效應,了解如何加強提升顧客滿意度。同

時本研究針對企業實施一般教育訓練與世界市民教育訓練,藉以了解兩種教育訓練所產生何種干擾效果。本研究透過RDE & Organic Sampling問卷調查方法,總計發出500份,獲得300個樣本回應,最終有效問卷為223份,回收率為44.6%。研究實證發現,在具有高度國際競爭力的產業中, 在美國的日資企業採用第一文化管理對顧客滿意度提升,會較第二、三文化管理,有更佳的顯著關係。同時,當組織承諾越高也會使顧客滿意度更佳。特別是在企業實施倫理教育訓練的部份,日資企業對旗下美國員工實施高度的一般教育訓練,以獎金激勵員工士氣,當達到一定的程度後,外部激勵效果將無法持久。因此,企業的顧客滿意度無法持續的

本文建構一個以研發密度為門檻變數的動態縱橫門檻杜邦模型 (dynamic panel threshold DuPont model, DPTDP),評估研發影響產業獲利力的傳遞管道。實證上,以37個次產業 (含26個製造業與11個服務業) 為對象。估計期間為2006年至2019年。實證結果顯示:一、動態縱橫門檻DuPont模型能產生更精確的估計結果,並提供更多的資訊與政策意涵。對製造業而言,當前一期的研發密度 (RDTA) 小於門檻值時,落後一期ROE對當期ROE的影響為負向且顯著的;當前一期的研發密度大於門檻值時,落後一期ROE對當期ROE的影響為正向且顯著的。二、動態縱橫門檻DuPont

模型的估計結果顯示,對於製造業而言,過度的研發投入 (亦即RDTA大於門檻值0.2885) 並不利於稅後淨利率、資產周轉率與權益乘數對ROE的貢獻。當RDTA小於門檻值時,ROE呈現在其長期均衡值上下震盪且收斂的脈動,並導致ROE的三個驅動因子對ROE的長期效果小於短期效果。此外,三個驅動因子對ROE的影響,以稅後淨利率為最大,資產周轉率為最小。三、動態縱橫門檻DuPont模型的估計結果顯示,對於服務業而言,在不同的研發密度 (RDTA) 下,稅後淨利率、資產周轉率與權益乘數對ROE的貢獻,並不顯著。根據上述實證結果,本文提供業者與管理當局相關政策如下:一、研究者在評估研發密度或稅後淨利率、資

產周轉率與權益乘數對ROE的影響時,應採用本文所建構的動態縱橫門檻DPTDP模型,以獲得更合理且精確的估計結果,並提出對應的政策建議。二、製造業的研發密度透過DuPont模型的三個驅動因子而對ROE產生狀態轉換效果 (regime-switching effect),亦即在特定的門檻 (0.2885) 前、後產生差異性的效果。換言之,製造業增加研發支出,並無法單調地提升其ROE。因此,製造業不能一味地擴充研發支出,而門檻值 (0.2885) 可視為研發投資的上限,以免傷害其ROE。此外,企業間可採取合作研發,以防個別公司過度的投入研發,或者可透過企業併購以獲得創新技術等。三、無論是長期或短期,

製造業的稅後淨利率對其ROE的影響最大。因此,製造業的研發投資應以能提升銷貨收入的創新為要,以對提升ROE發揮最大的效益。例如,開發新產品以增加營收、研發新技術以提升產品良率與功能、開拓新市場以擴展銷售等。四、為獎勵產業進行研發活動,且避免過度投入研發資源,政府管理當局可以將研發密度的門檻值 (0.2885) 視為獎勵措施的上限值,亦即對於公司 (或產業) 的研發密度低於門檻值者,給予適度的補助或租稅優惠,以提升個ROE三個驅動因子對ROE的貢獻。五、資料庫統計當局應增加服務業抽樣公司的數目,並對服務業訂定較為明確的研發投入定義,以提升估計結果的正確性,進而提出更具意義的政策建議。
