研究背景健康促進已是世界各國一致的目標,最適合推行健康促進之場所為職場,因每位員工一天至少耗時1/3時間在職場,而健康促進活動會因個人特質、喜好或工作場所而有不同選擇;另外,工作場所具備程度不一之壓力,不同職類人員之壓力與工作疲勞高低不同,其影響因素包含個人因素、心理因素、生活型態、認知因素等。研究指出人口學特性或生活型態會影響工作疲勞或健康促進活動需求,然而其彼此間關係又為何呢?國健署於106年於國內推行健康醫院認證,其條文明文指出需依員工需求設計健康促進活動,惟不少醫院之員工健康促進活動僅靠勞工健康服務人員統籌策劃,未實際調查員工健康促進活動需求。研究目的本研究係探討人口學特性、生活型態

和工作疲勞之相關性,以及三者對健康促進活動需求上之影響。希冀研究結果能提供負責員工健康照護之勞工健康服務人員或健康照護機構之管理者,在未來能提供符合醫院員工心目中所期盼之健康促進活動。研究方法本研究為次級資料庫分析,採用已完成調查之醫院員工健康促進相關問卷進行資料清理與統計分析,納入之研究對象計862人。本研究問卷包含人口學特性、生活型態、工作疲勞、健康促進活動需求計四部分,利用SPSS 17.0 for Windows統計軟體進行統計分析。研究結果在描述性統計方面,862位研究對象中以女性(84.9%)、41歲至50歲(38.2%)、未婚(57.9%)、護理人員(49.1%)為主要族群;採取

之健康行為以避開有害身體健康之物質如菸、檳、酒為主,而其他健康行為如營養、睡眠或運動則較缺乏,外食頻率以2餐佔多數(32.8%)。健康促進活動需求之優先排序,前三項為提供健康飲食、壓力抒解和健康保健講座;後三項為職場體適能、體重控制班和心理諮商輔導。整體而言,研究對象之個人疲勞屬於輕度疲勞(49.69分),工作疲勞屬於中度疲勞(45.66分);以分類而言,研究對象之個人疲勞或工作疲勞皆以輕度疲勞佔多數(分別為47.6%及47.9%)。在推論性統計方面,性別、年齡、年資、職類、用餐時間、宵夜習慣、外食頻率、自覺睡眠不足和運動習慣等因素之個人疲勞或工作疲勞得分有顯著性差異;婚姻狀態僅工作疲勞得分有

顯著性差異。年資、職類、用餐時間、宵夜習慣、外食頻率、自覺睡眠不足和運動習慣等因素在健康促進活動需求之優先排序分數上有顯著性差異。結論本研究發現研究對象雖在健康照護機構服務,然而在健康行為之營養、睡眠、運動卻相對缺乏,顯示其雖是健康知識傳播者或影響者,卻非完全是健康促進真正實踐者,當中有多種因素值得探討。其次,本研究發現研究對象之個人特質或生活型態對健康促進活動需求之優先排序有顯著相關性,顯示健康管理者在安排健康促進活動時,宜多方面考量並適時調查人員需求,以提供符合參與者需求之健康促進活動,進而達到健康促進之目的,並提升活動參與率或滿意度。
