臺中市國民小學教師人格特質與創意教學行為之相關研究

本研究目的在於探討臺中市國小教師人格特質與創意教學行為關係之研究,及不同背景變項之臺中市國小教師在人格特質與創意教學行為之差異情形。本研究採用問卷調查法,採立意取樣的方式,針對臺中市國小教師人格特質與創意教學行為的現況進行調查研究。研究工具為「教師人格特質與創意教學行為之調查問卷」,正式問卷施測期間,因避免新冠肺炎疫情影響無法順利回收問卷效果,故本研究採線上填寫。研究者透過各校之負責教師發放問卷填寫網址,邀請臺中市國小教師共1000位進行調查,但因疫情及正逢期末而影響回收率,結果共回收617份,有效問卷為611份,問卷有效率為99.0%。問卷所得資料以Windows for SPSS 20.

0 版統計套裝軟體加以分析,歸納出以下結論:一、臺中市國小教師人格特質平均得分為3.39,為中上同意程度。各構面平均得分以嚴謹性得分最高,友善性、開放性、外向性次之,最低者為神經質。二、臺中市國民小學教師創意教學行為平均得分數為4.01,為高度同意程度。各構面平均得分以自我學習與提供挑戰構面得分最高,多元教學與引發動機、問題解決與激發想像、心胸開放與意義學習次之,最低者為互動討論與促進思考。三、臺中市小學教師人格特質在不同教育程度、學校規模等背景變項上無顯著差異,但不同性別、年齡、服務年資、職務教師分別在整體及不同構面上呈現顯著差異。四、臺中市小學教師創意教學行為在不同年齡、教育程度、服務年資
