近年來，在網路科技快速發展和2020 年間的 COVID-19 疫情肆虐影響下，線上學習的搜尋熱度持續增長，也促使教育產業有了嶄新的發展。在台灣，隨著上網率和手機普及度的不斷成長，大眾選擇英文教育的方式也從實體教育逐漸走向線上教育。此外，台灣政府也在2018年12月通過由國家發展委員會所提出的「雙語國家政策發展藍圖」和訂出2030年雙語國家的目標，藉此厚植國人英語能力，全方位提升國家整體競爭力。因此英語教育也成為近年來十分熱門的議題，而本研究的目的為探討消費者選擇線上英文學習平台之關鍵因素。本研究經由文獻整理後，建構出影響消費者選擇線上英文學習平台之關鍵因素及層級架構，得出5個關鍵構面，以及

23個關鍵因素，並經由問卷調查，以層級分析法(AHP)進行分析，藉此探討消費者選擇線上英文學習平台之關鍵因素。本研究結果顯示，影響消費者選擇線上英文學習平台之構面排序為：「課程」、「師資」、「平台設計」、「平台服務」、「行銷」，而前四項關鍵因素排序為「師資經驗」、「時間彈性」、「價格」和「師資認證」。最後根據研究結果，本研究針對線上英文學習平台業者以及政府機關提出相關建議，期盼幫助平台業者改善未來經營策略，並有助政府機關制定相關法規。
