高齡者參與運動學習歷程之研究：以「行腳新竹」課程為例

本研究探討高齡者參與運動學習歷程之研究，以樂齡中心行腳新竹課程的學員為例。研究目的：探討高齡者參與運動學習的動機；探討高齡者持續參與運動學習的因素；探討高齡者參與運動學習的困境及因應策略；探討高齡者參與運動學習的改變。為了探討高齡族群運動學習歷程，本研究採用質性研究法，並以半結構式訪談的方式，針對樂齡中心行腳新竹共計8位學員，男女各四，平均年齡67歲進行訪談，獲取本研究結論。研究結論：一、高齡者參與運動學習的動機：受訪者因別人介紹課程很好、與朋友一起走一走；高齡者參與學習後想介紹朋友參加的動機，分別是學習機會分享朋友、因為課程熱門。二、高齡者持續參與運動學習的課程因素：鍛鍊身體及開闊
視野、課程內容多元安全及規劃合宜、與以往經驗不同及大眾運輸工具的應用。三、高齡者參與運動學習遇到困境：身體因腳程及體力的問題、不會看時刻表及山路難走、與工作時間衝突；困境之因應策：心境上的改變想法、透過老師的協助及提醒。四、高齡者參與運動學習的改變：1.身體方面：腳力增強、心肺功能增強、對身體幫助之感受；2.心理感受：空氣清新視野廣、三五好友談心事、陣陣花香醉人心、開心期待課程臨；3.課程多樣學習，故事及知識的收穫啟示；4.有能力手機下載運輸APP及搭乘大眾運輸；5.有能力規劃運動路線、瞭解運動調氣的重要；6.認識談得來又年齡相近的朋友、與朋友之間產生的互動；7.心情愉快及景點以前沒去過；8.

近來臺灣吹起一股文化資產保存風潮，各地具文資價值的建物大多被保留下來，此時文化資產再利用便成了重要的課題。經修復及再利用規劃後，文化資產重新迎接遊客到來，富有豐富又多元文化內涵的文化資產，如何讓遊客進行深入的觀光凝視，此時導覽人員變得相當重要，導入正確的歷史脈絡，傳遞文資保存概念。 高雄市政府文化局陸續規劃了不同的文化資產解說導覽培訓計畫，本文探討高雄市三處文化資產分別為打狗英國領事館文化園區、武德殿與旗山車站，先訪談公部門得知經營規劃，從導覽培訓計畫解析課程的整體架構，再以實地田調分析園區氛圍的塑造，並實際聆聽導覽後了解個別導覽模式有何差異，透過訪談及問卷調查導覽人員，研究他們對於培
訓課程與導覽執行現況有何問題，最後以遊客問卷調查分析導覽解說的成效，以及從訪談當地居民中，得知文化資產與社區互動關係。 由訪談與問卷中得知，導覽人員普遍認為培訓時間短暫，又無提供溫故訓練課程。在與周邊居民訪談時，卻發現社區與文化資產近乎是毫無互動的狀況。因此本文依據研究結果，提出對於導覽培訓計畫的整體改善方式，與提升文化資產與社區互動關係的建議。
