本研究探討高齡者參與運動學習歷程之研究,以樂齡中心行腳新竹課程的學員為例。研究目的:探討高齡者參與運動學習的動機;探討高齡者持續參與運動學習的因素;探討高齡者參與運動學習的困境及因應策略;探討高齡者參與運動學習的改變。為了探討高齡族群運動學習歷程,本研究採用質性研究法,並以半結構式訪談的方式,針對樂齡中心行腳新竹共計8位學員,男女各四,平均年齡67歲進行訪談,獲取本研究結論。研究結論:一、高齡者參與運動學習的動機:受訪者因別人介紹課程很好、與朋友一起走一走;高齡者參與學習後想介紹朋友參加的動機,分別是學習機會分享朋友、因為課程熱門。二、高齡者持續參與運動學習的課程因素:鍛鍊身體及開闊

視野、課程內容多元安全及規劃合宜、與以往經驗不同及大眾運輸工具的應用。三、高齡者參與運動學習遇到困境:身體因腳程及體力的問題、不會看時刻表及山路難走、與工作時間衝突;困境之因應策:心境上的改變想法、透過老師的協助及提醒。四、高齡者參與運動學習的改變:1.身體方面:腳力增強、心肺功能增強、對身體幫助之感受;2.心理感受:空氣清新視野廣、三五好友談心事、陣陣花香醉人心、開心期待課程臨;3.課程多樣學習,故事及知識的收穫啟示;4.有能力手機下載運輸APP及搭乘大眾運輸;5.有能力規劃運動路線、瞭解運動調氣的重要;6.認識談得來又年齡相近的朋友、與朋友之間產生的互動;7.心情愉快及景點以前沒去過;8.

近來臺灣吹起一股文化資產保存風潮,各地具文資價值的建物大多被保留下來,此時文化資產再利用便成了重要的課題。經修復及再利用規劃後,文化資產重新迎接遊客到來,富有豐富又多元文化內涵的文化資產,如何讓遊客進行深入的觀光凝視,此時導覽人員變得相當重要,導入正確的歷史脈絡,傳遞文資保存概念。 高雄市政府文化局陸續規劃了不同的文化資產解說導覽培訓計畫,本文探討高雄市三處文化資產分別為打狗英國領事館文化園區、武德殿與旗山車站,先訪談公部門得知經營規劃,從導覽培訓計畫解析課程的整體架構,再以實地田調分析園區氛圍的塑造,並實際聆聽導覽後了解個別導覽模式有何差異,透過訪談及問卷調查導覽人員,研究他們對於培

訓課程與導覽執行現況有何問題,最後以遊客問卷調查分析導覽解說的成效,以及從訪談當地居民中,得知文化資產與社區互動關係。 由訪談與問卷中得知,導覽人員普遍認為培訓時間短暫,又無提供溫故訓練課程。在與周邊居民訪談時,卻發現社區與文化資產近乎是毫無互動的狀況。因此本文依據研究結果,提出對於導覽培訓計畫的整體改善方式,與提升文化資產與社區互動關係的建議。
