本論文採用自我敘說的方式進行，透過生命經驗的回顧，探究一位有注意力不足過動症和憂鬱症的學前特教教師，如何藉由對特教的認識與執教過程，重新認識自己、接納自己、改變自己。在撰寫的過程中，除了透過記憶回溯之外，也蒐集了過去的紀錄來回憶，如：網誌、手札、通訊軟體訊息等，並以斜體字與自我的敘說內容相對應。在敘說之前，從最初的宏願回頭看見自己而準備敘說，到為了敘說而開啟和爸媽談話，最後決定開始敘說。首先，回到高三那個生病了的自己，直到考上大學仍對自己不夠認清，最終以休學收場，也因此一腳踏進特教的領域，開啟了對自己的認識。第二次念大學，進入了幼教系，因為這裡的同儕、教師支持、相關課程等，讓我勇敢挑戰了社交
活動、考試、接受自己、介紹自己的不一樣，雖然在這些過程中仍帶有逃避的心態，但最終也都勇敢面對。經歷了念書的痛苦、準備複試時的畏懼等風波後，總算考上正式教師，初任教師便擔任巡迴輔導的工作，面臨許多挑戰，試著整理過去經驗，想辦法一一突破不敢打電話、報告寫不出來等困境，之後回到班級擔任導師，原本滿心期待的工作，沒想到與搭檔的互動卻讓我吃盡苦頭，但也在這麼多年後的現在，悟出了一些面對之道。在教職生涯中，除了與搭檔的相處外，很重要一塊是與家長的互動，在與家長的相處過程中，我透過各式的自我揭露，給予家長合適的支持，也在過程中重新認識了自己。就在論文接近尾聲，再次重新認識自己的同時，憂鬱症又復發了，迫使我得
重新接納自己必須與憂鬱症共存的事實，透過這樣的過程，我也好好思考了如何調整自己，故事暫告一個段落，但我已面對了自己，將會不斷地認識自己、接納自己、改變自己。

建構新型態全齡友善安居住宅開發構想之探討

台灣人口結構的高齡化是社會面臨的重大議題。因應人口老化、少子化、家戶結構小規模、獨居化，及社會變遷等趨勢，加深高齡社會的多元複雜居住與照顧問題，「高齡社會白皮書」政策以提升高齡者的自立與自主，以及整體社會的共融與永續，以達到在地老化，讓高齡者及不同世代融合生活於熟悉環境中，提供新型態的全齡化住宅是政府、照顧服務以及建築投資相關行業必須關切的課題。本研究採用質性研究方法、文獻回顧、個案研究及專家業者深度訪談並透過創新用途理論及設計思考方式對研究課題與問題廣泛且深入研究分析，以高齡者及獨居住宅為研究範圍，以「住宅」為載體加入友善安居元素，共築全齡共生住宅的理念，探討高齡社會變遷中因應社會結構調整
與世代共居型態，以建構全齡友善安居住宅應具備指標及開發模式構想的探討。本研究經由研究分析所呈現的研究成果，提出 1.全齡住宅市場型態範圍 2.全齡住宅開發模式 3.全齡空間及全人照護模式 4.全齡住宅生態體系的研究論點。並對應對高齡化社會的新形態開發趨勢、綜整研究結論提供參考；全齡宅的規畫要項與原則及附服務照護機能、全齡宅跨域整合開發模式與型態構想、全齡宅全人服務照護模式與健康智慧科技、全齡共生社區的價值理念與永續生態體系，以建立全齡化 Co-Living社區共生合作自立尊嚴及共融美好幸福安居的全齡友善住宅開發構想，並針對研究成果及結論，提出後續研究議題建議。
