人類生存的地球暖化日益嚴重,為了下一代減少地球暖化,降低二氧化碳排放量,是每一個人的責任。我國政府為因應及減少地球暖化,以及降低二氧化碳排放量,行政院推動節能減碳政策,為此成立節能減碳推動委員會,以及辦理智慧綠建築制度研究與發展,建築物耗能占全國消耗主要能源之40%,建築設計施工前、施工中、施工完成驗收,自有一套施工品質管理制度。 故本研究針對汰換中央空調150RT冰水主機一部,更新為240RT變頻磁浮離心式冰水主機,冷卻水泵及冰水泵,並導入冰水一次側變流量系統變頻系統,以偵測冰水管末溫度及壓差控制技術,調整負載側供水泵浦運轉狀態為最佳;透過變頻式主機以及變流量系統,搭配冰水溫度與流量

管理,以降低空調使用運轉費用,建構建築能源管理系統。更新高效率主機,及升級「建築能源管理系統」監控管理系統,增加取得各主機設備運轉狀態,各部調節過程變化數據,以及主機變頻控制之節能效益,以利詳實記錄運轉資料,進行分析了解原因。 本研究全年節省冷凍量1.54%、耗電(kW)39.2%、耗電量(kWh/y)25.3%、電費25.3%、回收年限4.88年及碳排放耗電量(kWh/y)25.3%等,確實能達成節能效益的目標,減低對環境的衝擊,並創造優質醫療環境及環保推動永續發展。

本論文採用溶液除濕劑中,成本較低之氯化鈣溶液,於除濕塔溶液流量、溶液濃度、空氣條件等可變因子中,探討最佳除濕能力參數組合,並於該參數組合下,針對溶液噴淋型式以及散裝填料物裝填對除濕性能的影響進行實驗。根據第一組至第九組實驗數據分析,當溶液濃度上升,使除濕塔內溶液與濕空氣間的水蒸氣分壓差增加,進而提升除濕效果;當除濕塔循環風量下降,因除濕塔內濕空氣與溶液的接觸時間被拉長,因此使除濕效果上升;而當溶液流量下降,亦可使濕空氣與溶液接觸時間較長,提升除濕效果。最佳除濕性能為第九組實驗,實驗參數組合為:除濕塔循環風量:1000CMH;溶液濃度50%;除濕塔溶液流量62.6LPM,除濕塔水蒸氣移除量為1

1.81g/kg。以此參數設定進行不同除濕塔佈液管噴頭以及散裝填料物裝填與否對除濕能力的影響。實驗結果表明,採用螺旋噴頭作為除濕塔溶液噴淋媒介之除濕塔水蒸氣移除量較採用圓口噴頭高5.75g/kg,除濕效率提升94.79%,而裝填散裝填料物可增加溶液與濕空氣的接觸面積,在最佳實驗參數組合下,螺旋噴頭搭配散裝填料物,除濕效率提升5.23%;圓口噴頭搭配散裝填料物,除濕效率提升39.97%。總體而言,使用螺旋噴頭的除濕效果遠大於圓口噴頭,搭配使用散裝填料物,亦有助於除濕性能的提升。
