#亞洲矽谷工程與招商
「亞洲·矽谷計畫」是執政黨當前的重大國家發展政策，也是鄭文燦市長每年都會向市民報告的政大市政主軸之一，但最基本的建設，位於青埔的創新研發中心統包工程卻七度流標，於是拆開重新招標，先招設計標，雖然案子以航空城公司負責，但面對工程進度延宕，遑論是招商進度？經發局亞洲矽谷計畫的未來有何想法？
局長說明，台灣的產業對於現代化的科技聚落是有需求的，但規劃、執行難度高，加上近年營建成本上升，都是延宕原因。經費部分，原預算40億的工程經費，在追加預算方面都要經議會審議。
招商方面，施政報告中列出有七百萬的經費，花在了國內與國外的招商業務，智翔也不希望這些預算花下去，卻只能一再以ＭＯＵ打腫臉充胖子，今天聽到經發局長解釋這筆預算的招商不僅用於亞洲矽谷與航空城計畫，那就再請會後提出整理報告，詳細說明招商的狀況為何。
#高雄亞洲新灣區對桃園亞洲矽谷的影響
關心完亞洲矽谷當下的難題，其次是政策願景的大餅被分食的擔憂，身為桃園的代議士，看到近來中央層級屢次對高雄新灣區發展的宣示，決定挹注大筆預算協助發展，加上中華電信等廠商進駐欲發展5G產業，都不由得對進度緩慢，且產業發展重疊的亞洲矽谷捏把冷汗。
面對中央宣示挹注110億發展高雄亞洲新灣區，經發局長雖說雞蛋不會放在同一個籃子裡，但智翔擔憂的是產業的需求面、地域性、資源分配等考量，同一家企業若要投資5G產業，勢必會在亞洲新灣區與亞洲矽谷中去評估抉擇。
若亞洲矽谷與亞洲新灣區面臨不可避免的競爭，未來在發展上，有沒有轉型的可能？局長則重申，產業鏈的移轉不是一蹴可幾，仍對桃園亞洲矽谷的發展有信心，智翔只能再次提醒，國家資源有限，在國家重大發展的路徑上，面對產業發展相同的對手，亞洲矽谷的建設實在沒有本錢一拖再拖，即使一再延宕，也要及早準備轉型備案，否則亞洲矽谷終淪為南柯一夢。
#桃園囤房稅是否重啟提案修正
近來的熱門議題，為台南市政府終於願意提案修正房屋稅，採分級課徵，一改過去統一對非自用住宅以最低1.5%課徵，預計修正為持有5戶以下，每戶按2.4%課徵；6戶以上，每戶按3.6%課徵。
討論問題前，我們再檢視一項事實數據，根據經濟日報最新的六都空屋率排行，台南13.8%、桃園13.29%，分佔六都前兩名。過去地方稅務局也曾表態，以桃園非自住房屋多屋族（4戶以上）非自住僅有17,640戶（比率為1.68％）為由，稱囤房現象不明顯。
但智翔認為，多屋族的比例不應作為囤房現象的唯一依據，否則就跟空屋率兜不起來，數據並陳的結果顯示，多屋族比例不高，卻可能擁有大量的非自住空屋，針對真正的囤房大戶來修正分級稅率，也是智翔與時代力量一直以來的主張。
智翔在此除了建議地方稅務局，在檢視囤房問題時應在參考更多客觀資訊外，也能再次討論是否針對囤房大戶來修正房屋稅率，將現行的非自住2.4%改採分級課徵，當然戶數、%數要提高多少可以再討論；同時智翔也再次主張，對出租者課以輕稅，且積極售屋的建商可給予寬限期，希望能藉由這次台南市政府的積極作為，也帶動桃園再次省思居住正義的問題。

本研究以探討使用者使用理財機器人之使用行為相關研究，目的為探討使用者使用因素，提供未來後續業界之參考，以及找出現階段理財機器人使用者的描述性統計分析。本研究以有使用過銀行推出之理財機器人作為研究對象，於 2022年 7月 14日於網路進行正式問卷投放，回收後進行資料分析，經過問卷後台揭露，本次問卷研究投放人數為 4765 人，回收 490 份問卷，有效得 387份，有效回收率為 78.79%。研究架構以 UTAUT2 為基礎，並加入感知風險成為新的會影響使用意圖的因素。研究結果顯示，績效預期、社群影響、促進條件、價格價值以及習慣會對行為意圖產生顯著正向影響；努力預期以及感知風險對行為意圖則是
