本論文目的為探討應用布拉格光柵光纖扭力感測器監控螺栓負載之扭矩力之可行性,布拉格光柵光纖感測器,同時具有體積小、重量輕、重複測量再現性高及抗電磁干擾等優點,且對於環境工作溫度接受範圍很廣能夠使用於嚴苛的環境,適合用於取代費力費時的人工檢測。本研究將探討布拉格光柵光纖感測器埋入螺栓之中,透過實驗驗證埋入螺栓的布拉格光柵光纖波長變化是否會因為螺栓施加扭矩的微小伸長量變化而產生改變,並根據不同深度及位置進行加工及安裝,進一步研究埋入深度、位置及其他相關因素是否對布拉格光柵光纖感測器靈敏度有直接的影響。實驗結果發現當感測器埋入深度越長且埋入位置越接近表面時感測器的靈敏度就越高,本次研究所使用的M20

螺栓中的感測器在多組實驗數據其中以布拉格光柵光纖感測器距離螺栓中心7.0mm且完全貫穿螺栓時所測得靈敏度最高,其測量之靈敏度為0.00297nm/Nm、線性回歸R^2=0.9984及標準差( Standard Deviation)小於0.003 %,表現出非常良好的重複性量測結果,由以上數據可證明本論文所研究之布拉格光柵光纖螺栓扭力感測器適合應用於螺栓扭矩的測量及長期監控。

焊接技術可以低成本實現鋁合金的精確接合,是目前散熱器元件的主要工法之一。本研究分為兩大部分,第一部分探討真空焊接,透過改變持溫時間、溫度以及真空度來觀察鋁基板和鋁矽焊料的接合情況。實驗結果顯示,相較於在較高真空度下,較低真空度(5×10-3torr)由於有更多熱傳導,因此在600°C持溫溫度下各個設定的持溫時間都有成功接合。而在較高真空(5×10-6torr)下,因為熱傳導減少,於600°C溫度下必須持溫10分鐘,才不會形成虛焊,若將溫度提高到610°C,不會形成虛焊的持溫時間則可減少為3分鐘。 第二部分則是在通入氮氣當作保護氣體的環境下,觀察四種焊條在不同焊接間隙、表面粗糙度及清潔

度下的鋪展性及剪切強度。若焊接間隙大於0.1mm時,有效焊接面積會大幅度下降。在鋁焊實驗中,表面粗糙度越高,有效接觸面積越小,此有助於促進焊料流動,不容易停留在焊道中。而在銅焊實驗中,當試片表面粗糙度提升至Ra3.2時,因為熱漲冷縮導致上下板之間產生微小空隙,再加上焊料因為縫隙間的毛細現象而流出,導致覆蓋率大幅度地降低。鋁合金表面經過電漿轟擊清洗後,有效除去表面上的油漬和殘留物,此有助於焊料在焊接過程中更容易流動,因此亦須將持溫時間降低,否則覆蓋率會下降。
