國造輪型甲車底盤載具後續欲搭載大口徑武器系統(迫擊砲、戰車砲等)衍生其他車型,需要能承受高衝擊負載車體結構,故於現有底盤載具基礎上,改良發展新式底盤載具,作為後續車型發展用。本文針對新式底盤載具振動特徵進行研究。由於輪型甲車振動來源複雜,彼此相互影響,因此研究設計靜態與動態多種行駛條件,使用人工神經網路(Artificial Neural Network, ANN)方法進行車體振動交互影響識別,並成功完成車體振動關鍵部位彼此因果關係預測模型。研究結果可作為既有選用系統、構型設計限制下,提升車輛整體操作性能、精進後續衍生車型設計參考。本文同時導入時頻分析方法,將車體振動能訊號轉換為時頻圖(Sp

ectrogram),顯示訊號在不同時間具有的頻率和能量強弱,研究成果可作為車輛品質檢驗或辨識異常發生之根據。另結合實驗設計法(Design of Experiments, DOE)分析車體負載變化區間,可在控制加速度與位移情形下,得知各局部結構能量變異相對極值變化,研究成果可減少未來裝備性能驗證實測次數,有效降低新型底盤載具研製人、物力成本。最終研究成果,可用於選擇合適減振材料與防振措施,在抑制關鍵振動源、阻絕傳遞途徑雙重手段下,發展輪型甲車振動分析策略。
