自1991年以來,國內年木材生產受到限制伐採政策等諸多因素影響,使得木材產量一路下降,國內木材相關廠商需仰賴木材進口以滿足國內需求。而隨著全球永續意識的抬頭,各國政府開始注重各自國內合法森林產品的使用以及木材自給率,政府也期望能在2028年以前提升木材自給率。近年來坊間成立多家小型文創木工坊,其雖然有意利用國產材為材料,打造具有本土文化內涵的商品,但在國產材的取得上,卻面臨諸多問題。因此本研究目的為應用問卷調查方法,分析目前國內小型木工坊對於原木材料的需求現況,以及對國產材的偏好、使用情況與需求,並調查其對台灣杉偏好與標售意願。結果顯示若小文創木工坊業者對於環境友善這一概念以及國產材標售量過

大這一問題越是認同,其購買少量標售國產材的意願就越高,而若小文創木工坊業者對於運輸成本過高以及規格不符合要求等問題越重視,其購買意願則會下降。此外,根據向各標售負責人進行訪談的結果,目前我國少量標售所面臨最大的問題在於小型企業無法與大型企業競爭,而針對這一問題林務局也正努力規劃解決方案,然而其結果與成效未來仍需密切留意。
