隨著陸域土地面積逐漸飽和,離岸風力機市場逐漸將重心轉移至深水海域,而浮動式技術替風力發電的場址開闢了新的可能性。截至2020年止,臺灣完成了所有示範風場且已併網運轉,依據政府規劃,2025年離岸風電累積設置容量應達到5.7百萬瓩,2050年則需趕上淨零排放的目標,臺灣若能有效利用地理環境優勢及掌握技術開發的先機,將能帶動浮動式離岸風力機(Floating Offshore Wind Turbine, FOWT)技術之發展,並提升臺灣的國際競爭力。有鑑於此,本研究將針對浮動式離岸風力機載臺與繫纜系統進行分析比對及設計等相關研究。本文主要係以四部分進行分析研究,第一部份首先透過美國再生能源實驗室

(NREL)與國際能源署(IEA)之研究報告,分別針對5MW及15MW浮動式離岸風力機載臺及繫纜系統進行結構建置與耐海性能比對。第二部份將於ANSYS內透過繫纜參數化快速生成大量資料且進行敏感度分析,並依據挪威船級社(DNV)與美國船級社(ABS)規範檢核浮動式離岸風力機於臺海合適之繫纜規格及載重。第三部份依據國外相關文獻參考5MW及15MW浮動式離岸風力機載臺內部加勁型式,透過小振幅波理論探討不同波浪頻率對結構之共振情況且加以改善,並於時域分析下檢核流體總壓力對載臺造成之應力影響。第四部份透過MATLAB計算繫纜系統失效機率與可靠度指數,並依據DNV之規定進行結果檢核。本文依據浮動式離岸風力

機結構提供完整分析檢核之流程,祈能對於本土化浮動式技術發展有所貢獻。
