近年擴增實境軟硬體應用發展迅速，一般用戶即可使用手機應用程式在任何環境下感受擴增實境技術有趣又特別的經驗；而對於企業用戶亦可使用AR頭戴式裝置進行教育訓練、遊戲互動體驗或現場展覽活動藝術觀賞等，因此成功導入應用於許多行業中。而另外一項當今市場崛起的應用就屬串流媒體平台，從早期的卡帶式影片到DVD租賃影片，直到目前因著高頻寬網路及跨平台裝置協作，串流媒體平台的竄起對於用戶來說是一大邁進，僅要支付小額費用且不受時間約束即可以輕鬆易取得影片的方式享受觀賞樂趣。 AR搭載應用及相關技術開發越來越成熟，在串流媒體平台部分，則受內容豐富度影響全球的使用率大幅攀高；在虛擬商務部分，則是新零售開發階段
但必然會成為未來新型態消費購物行為模式。本研究探討關於串流媒體及擴增實境兩種媒介結合之觀點，以人機互動架構之以人為本出發探討使用者採用AR之使用體驗及介面設計的影響因素。故從研究之AR技術核心之服務與應用其結合環境、科技與人之構念提出假設問題探討AR服務及應用之使用者體驗及使用者介面之影響使用者關鍵因素，從中評估AR、串流媒體及虛擬商務三者之間之可行性及關鍵因素，最後提供AR導入於串流媒體平台後串接至虛擬商城導購之設計概念。 本研究採半結構式專家訪談法與三位職業於科技資訊相關人員進行專訪，透過專家回饋將問題環節的解決方法及意見以條列式重點提出並了解到使用者實際需求方向。故本研究結果發現，對於
使用者來說AR設備或服務的簡便操作方式及容易使用是首要的關鍵，這同時反映到使用者的體驗價值及接受程度；其次是對於有AR導入之串流媒體平台當中的功能性及載具支援是影響願意使用的誘因；而對於從串流媒體平台串接至虛擬商務的整合性問題是影響使用者的信任度及有用性。最後，將本研究擴增實境和使用者於串流媒體及虛擬商務中之人機互動設計思考框架提出供於未來開發設計參考使用。
