高中職資訊安全教材之設計與評鑑研究

本研究針對十二年國民基本教育「科技領域-資訊科技科」高中之學習者,發展一套素養導向的資訊安全教材。本研究採用目前十二年國教以學生為學習主體的素養導向學習,並透過ADDIE系統化教學設計法,經過「分析」、「設計」、「發展」、「實施」與「評鑑」之步驟,實際發展了資訊安全教材,並在實施階段融入行動研究,從觀察期的結果改進課程實施,在最後評鑑採用Kirkpatrick四級中前二級評鑑:學習階段評鑑學生學習成效,反應階段評鑑學生課程滿意度。本研究分析文獻與新聞事件後發現,勒索病毒等「新興病毒」攻擊與「網路釣魚」是數量成長快速且值得關注的新興網路攻擊手法,但是在現有教材、課本中缺乏完整介紹。從訪談分析結

果發現,三位課程內容專家們認為資訊安全教育在高中階段確實有強化之必要性,且高中資訊教師對於資訊安全的細節要有足夠與更新的知識,才能在教學現場順利完成教材的實施。本研究在教材設計階段,發展了一個稱為「對不起,駭到你」二小時的課程專題。首先教師利用新聞時事、動畫、投影片等介紹內容以引起學生學習動機,再請學生分組查詢資料、線上討論,合力完成概念圖並發表。課程最後再由教師講評與總結。專家們在評鑑階段,針對學習者需求分析、學習內容與目標分析、教學媒體與環境分析、設計分析都給予正向評價,並針對教材內容合宜性、設計適宜性、目標一致性、課程可行性等面向給予具體建議。在課程實施階段,本研究選擇桃園一所公立技術型

高級中等學校學生為施測對象,共計二個班級62人參與此線上課程。研究者從第一班上課中觀察到分組活動情況需要改進,故於第二班上課時及早介入與輔導,使課程進行地更加流暢。課程實施後,學生對於資訊安全的認知有所提升,對於資訊安全的態度上都給予正面回饋,且在概念構圖的完整性及正確性表現良好。本研究最後提出未來研究建議,作為未來相關研究之參考。

現今的運動APP中的社群功能已日趨多元,但在社群功能不斷添加的同時卻有不少功能利用率不高,因此本研究以使用者介面設計的角度做切入,探討運動與社群的整合性APP所需之原則,重新了解社群與運動兩種類別的使用需求,並在後續運用研究結果嘗試設計一款介面原型。本研究共分三個部分,第一部分是透過文獻探討彙整出八項使用者介面設計原則。第二部分運用文獻探討、案例分析、訪談研究、問卷調查探討並彙整結果。最後是將結果運用在設計創作中,並產出一套介面原型供後續檢視與討論。本研究結論如下(一)八項使用者介面設計原則雖在定義與敘述上並無重疊,但在單一項目其中卻可能有著一至三項原則不等的考量。(二)有很高比例的用戶希望

在運動APP中參與運動活動。(三)用戶在網路上參與運動邀約時最顧慮體能差距與騎乘距離兩項因素,其中用戶能藉由平均距離、平均時間、平均海拔爬升這三項數據來了解自身的體能差距。(四)在一般操作介面採取較為簡潔的風格在資訊較豐富的情況下採取多顏色區分是比較能夠令人接受的。(五)用戶們對於回復性這項原則感受較為強烈。(六)相關APP設計上除了要保留基礎數據的搜集功能外,還應保留運用其他硬體所搜集的數據之能力。(七)在功能架構圖的規劃階段就已會影響APP的操作感受以及流暢度。本研究最後的創作研究共產出一款可供操作的APP介面原型,於2019年7月在校內青田十六展覽空間供參觀操作,在論文中相關段落主要以文
