國軍屆退人力運用於企業工作面向重要性之研究

國軍退休人力外介至政府機關與公營事業機構就業的機會，因受組織精簡政策影響，大幅縮減，現階段僅民營企業或組織有足夠能力提供不同工作面向或職缺來滿足官兵就業需求。因此，進入民營企業或組織就業，已成為屆退官兵輔導及選擇就業重要選項，而運用退休人力在何種性質工作面向具有一定程度之重要性，端視軍人及企業或組織間之供需角度而定。本研究主要針對現役軍人與企業人士對於屆退人力運用於企業工作面向的重要性與認知差異進行探討，立意抽樣37位現役軍人及18位企業人士完成實體問卷填寫後，運用AHP層級分析系統執行主、次構面權重、信效度等相關分析，並依據分析出之權重數據排序，比較工作面向之重要性優序。本研究歸納出五個主

構面，各涵蓋四個次構面共二十項指標，分析結果顯示管理性質最為重要，其次為勞務性質；另從軍人及企業人士人力資本角度檢視屆退人力與企業組織間關係，發現分別偏屬個人-組織「互補」及「一致性」的契合類型，而針對重要性排序可提供退輔會、屆退官兵及企業人士參酌，使屆退人力職前選訓、訓後推介及企業徵才用才能適得其所，讓屆退人力運用於企業各工作面向接受度更高，發揮更大效益。
