科技的演進與數位化時代至今，雖然諸多產品其使用慣性變異甚巨，諸如3C 產品等；然而，電吉他(Electric guitar)於造形、功能、材質與使用性等，從昔日至今其變化仍相當有限。本研究初始階段，使用問卷調查，探討當代電吉他使用者所遇到之問題以及使用者對於音色、造形與附加功能的廣義偏好為何，輔以T 檢定檢查高偏好的電吉他設計部位及附加功能之偏好顯著性並從簡答題以及訪談統計使用吉他的過程中所遇到的問題，作為後續設計樣本的參考依據。而後搭配初步問卷數據以及統計結果作為基底，搭配TRIZ 創意矩陣歸納出九款種新型電吉他模型，製作其外觀以及使用方式的第二次問卷並搭配語意差異法(SD 法)調查九個款

式的造形語意以及使用語意和喜好分數，再經由ANOVA 及群集分析法及灰關聯法推算受測者對於九種電吉他設計樣本的喜好為何以及設計樣本中是否存在原來使用性問題解答，探討使用者是否接受新形電吉他適度輕量化、便利化而不改變其原來的造形意象。最後，選擇最受歡之電吉他樣本，製作為1:1 之模型實測及展演，得以體驗真實之使用情形，作為往後電吉他設計之參考依據。

摘要企業唯一的目的便是要「創造滿意的顧客」，產品以及服務在提供的同時，必須要瞭解消費者被滿足的不同的個人價值，進而作出最適合消費者的產品設計或是行銷方案；台灣擁有生產的電吉他的優良品質與技術，為了給予樂器廠商未來發展產品及品牌的建議，本研究的研究目的期望瞭解消費者內心價值認知結構為何，並對電吉他廠商未來推出不同品牌或產品時提供思考的方向以及行銷建議。瞭解顧客內心價值的方式有許多，本研究利用方法目的鏈(means-end chain approach)的屬性-結果-價值關聯性作為基礎架構，針對台北、桃園、新竹、台中、宜蘭以及花蓮等地區，抽樣20名曾經購買過電吉他的消費者進行階梯訪談(ladde

ring)，經過內容分析法整理繪製出階層價值圖(hierarchical value map)，結果發現消費者對於品牌的選擇希望是有樂手代言或是富有搖滾精神的品牌、對於外型的選擇必須協調好看、對於音色的選擇必須有特色或是符合消費者需要、對於琴頸規格的選擇必須舒服好彈奏，整體來說消費者非常重視品質，而廠商也必須針對消費者的喜好而作進一步的改善。
