裝潢中讓我們最花時間的部份絕對是廚房。老婆最想要有一個開放式的廚房,所以我們把一面牆打掉。而且我們廚房並不大,設計前一定要先確認好需要的廚電,才能將空間做最好的運用。
後來一步一步進行裝潢,一開始覺得想要有北歐風,然後發現北歐風不是我們要的,就改成工業風。

我覺得確定要做工業風之後,進行裝潢更快。畢竟已經很清楚的知道我們要什麼。而且我們開始選廚電的時候,老婆一直強調洗碗機不能缺席😄 後來我馬上幫老婆實現她的夢想。加上蒸烤爐,一開始就做全嵌入式的設計,保留最多孩子玩樂的空間。因為想要有一個整體的風格,我們把所有廚電跟BOSCH 博世家電 合作。這次的影片第一次完整的分享廚房的設計過程跟裝潢細節。希望我們的經驗會幫助到需要的人。改天買房子的時候不要忘記跟我分享好消息,我一定會很開心🥳

背景:跨領域團隊合作照護可強化專業間溝通,降低病安事件的發生,也是醫院評鑑的指標之一。傳統跨領域團隊合作教育以大課堂講述及簡要案例討論為主,各專業間互動少,恐難達到專業間有效溝通。翻轉教學結合世界咖啡館小組討論模式可以提高學習的層次,提升溝通與團隊合作。因此,本研究設計「翻轉教學結合世界咖啡館討論模式」教育訓練方案提升醫事人員跨領域團隊合作照護行為及學習投入程度。目的:本研究目的旨在驗證「不同的教學模式」對提升醫事人員跨領域團隊合作照護行為、學習投入程度及學習滿意度之成效。方法:本研究採類實驗雙組重複測量之追蹤性研究。樣本取樣以方便取樣,共有76位臺灣北部某教學區域醫院醫事人員參與本研究。實

驗組(n=38)接受「翻轉教學結合世界咖啡館」臨床案例討論課程,對照組(n=38)接受「傳統教學」臨床案例討論課程。兩組學員分別於課程開始前進行前測,課程結束後一週進行第一次後測,課程結束後四週進行延宕後測。研究工具包括:醫事人員基本資料、跨領域團隊合作照護行為量表、學習投入量表、學習滿意度量表。結果:本研究課程介入前,兩組在「跨領域團隊合作照護行為」變項中總分未達統計學顯著差異(p > 0.05)。在教學課程介入後,實驗組與對照組在「跨領域團隊合作照護行為」得分分佈均有進步。第一次後測實驗組分數高於對照組,但在「跨領域團隊合作照護行為」變項中未達統計學顯著差異(p > 0.05)。第二次後測

實驗組分數高於對照組,在「跨領域團隊合作照護行為」變項中達統計學顯著差異(p < 0.05)。兩組醫事人員「學習投入」得分情形,實驗組高於對照組,但未達統計學顯著差異(p > 0.05)。兩組醫事人員「學習滿意度」皆大於4.5分。實驗組的學習滿意度高於對照組,但未達統計學顯著差異(p > 0.05)。結論與建議:本研究發現「翻轉教學結合世界咖啡館」臨床案例討論課程可以有效提升醫事人員跨領域團隊合作照護行為、學習投入程度及學習滿意度。世界咖啡館教學模式可營造放鬆的學習氛圍,鼓勵學員分享訊息。在實際分組討論過程中,每位成員感受到均等的地位,可以自在地和其他成員溝通與團隊合作,匯聚更多的照護知識與建

議。建議未來可持續運用「翻轉教學結合世界咖啡館」臨床案例討論課程,提升醫事人員跨領域團隊合作照護能力。
