颈项痛等等的东西
而且长期的坐在地上,对自己的身体也是不好的
其实人应该是在家里面的哪里工作呢?

那我们一起来开箱吧!
OK,他们的货就送来了,有一个5尺的板咯
还有这个就是那个升降桌那个架子的(箱子)
这个真的是好重哦!(大概32kg)
因为我们这些长期剪辑的人,
大部分工作的地方会是dining table 上面
你也知道,一剪接下去就是7,8个小时的
你就维持在7,8个小时的一个身体的姿势下面
你的颈啊~肩膀还有你的腰,尤其是你的腰会特别的痛
那这张桌子就可以给我们好象。。。
如果我坐久了过后,我可以站起来一下,走走啊~
然后你整个人的血液循环就会变好
但是你也不可能站太久,不可能站着一个小时来工作的
就大概建议的话,你可以站15分钟到30分钟都可以的
因为这张桌子可以预设高度的,那如果我家
好象我们的话,是有两个人在用
那两个人的高度,姿势(坐姿和站姿)都有点不同的
所以我们有四个Preset memories可以set好了
然后你到站起来的时候,你又不用一直按它(上下的按钮)
所以好象如果我的这种情况,我就按1,1就是我的站姿
站起来的时候我就可以这样去工作
身体的血液循环就会好!可能过一个10分钟过后
我就再坐下来咯~
我是觉得这张桌子是最适合给那些Work from home的人
或者是在办公室的人工作的人(长时间坐在椅子上)
因为长期的坐在椅子上其实也是不好的

本篇技術報告主要撰述本人於英業達股份有限公司實習的所見所聞,內容包含英業達集團的相關介紹、實習工作的內容與感想、實際專案開發遇到的問題、如何分析問題與提出解決方案。在實習期間學習到許多機構相關的製程,例如:沖壓製程、塑膠射出、表面黏著技術製程等。在專案開發過程中,也學習到產品專案的流程和跨部門的合作。 技術回顧部分針對筆記型電腦製作專案開發中產線所提出的線對板連接器問題進行深度的探討分析,並提供成本效益比最高的解決方案。本人隸屬於機構部門的印刷電路板團隊,對於線對板連接器問題以機構角度進行討論,利用分析模擬和實驗測試對設計問題點進行改善。 線對板連接器產線主要提出了兩個問題,研究

針對這兩項問題分別進行分析和模擬,並與廠商討論出最終解決方案。第一項問題為訊號端子錯位接觸造成筆記型電腦燒機問題,團隊針對機構公差尺寸以公差分析中的最壞情況模式進行分析,分析結果導入廠商改善報告內,並請廠商修改圖面和模具,最終限位結構尺寸公差從0.15mm改善到0.1mm以下,解決訊號端子錯位問題。 第二項問題則為訊號端子公母端組配時因結構強度不夠造成訊號端子潰堤,研究針對機構公差分析、插拔力的比較、角度插拔模擬、結構增減模擬進行多方面的分析和驗證,分析結果顯示原設計結構在於旋轉20度組配開始有端子接觸上的風險,團隊以筆記型電腦連接器模擬驗證數據和角度插拔分析結果商討出增加導槽結構的解決

方案,並驗證增加導槽結構樣品即使旋轉20度組配也無端子接觸風險,最後請廠商修改圖面和模具以解決訊號端子潰堤問題。
