氣候變遷使臺灣降雨型態趨於極端,降雨強度增大,小雨頻率下降,使既有農業生產 活動受到挑戰。面對短時間強降雨造成的農田淹水,及乾季犧牲農業用水的停灌措施,短 期上可由耕作者調整生產策略作為因應,長遠而言,國土計畫劃定農業發展地區時,需併 同考量氣候變遷帶來的潛在威脅。為管理極端氣候帶來的風險,聯合國的政府間氣候變遷 專門委員會在 2014 年出版第五次評估報告時,提出氣候變遷風險評估架構,內容包含危 害、暴露及脆弱三個部分,本研究採用該風險架構,以雲林縣、嘉義縣及臺南市為研究地 區,進行農地乾旱事件及強降雨風險的多準則決策分析,研究中的危害是強降雨事件及乾 旱事件,暴露為國土計畫中劃設為第一、

第二及第五類的農業發展地區範圍,脆弱是個別 村里的灌溉條件、土壤、社會調適能力、經濟調適能力及基礎設施五個面向的綜合評估結 果。脆弱面向的準則項目,經由模糊德爾菲法篩選後,以分析階層程序法獲得最終權重 值,準則項目中權重值較高者依序為農業水利決算數、農戶生產收入、農地生產力等級、 灌溉供水穩定度及交通聯外能力等。風險計算前,每項準則依過去文獻研究或相對脆弱程 度設定門檻值,依序劃分為四個等級,使評估結果更貼近真實。風險評估結果,整體而言 兩種危害類型都以西、南部地區風險較高,多數高風險村里農地暴露面積大。基於現行國 土計畫農業發展地區劃設結果,本研究風險圖可用作政策執行時的輔助,研究以三個同時

列入兩種危害類型高風險村里,探討可著手降低風險的脆弱面向準則項目,使村里農業生 產活動在氣候變遷威脅下,仍然得以持續發展。

隨著網路技術的進步,有許多的電商平台逐漸興起,顧客的消費模式有了重大轉變,加上近年受到新型冠狀病毒的影響,許多的產業遭受到嚴重衝擊,甚至傳出倒閉危機,但在疫情的情況下反而帶動了「宅經濟」的發展,消費者紛紛在網路上進行購物,許多網路平台、電商平台、外送平台等業績皆因此翻漲。然而現在的電商平台與日俱增,許多企業面臨如何與其他平台做出區隔的課題,開始逐漸有企業從公益的角度切入,將自身的理念和公益內容結合,除了能夠達到公益目標之外,也能夠盡到企業的社會責任,因此有研究開始探討善因行銷與購買意願、顧客忠誠度之間的關係。而許多消費者在網路上進行購買行為前也會查詢企業及相關商品的評價,因此了解企業形象在善

因行銷與購買意願、顧客忠誠度之間的影響是有必要的。此外因現今消費模式有了許多轉變,企業有必要針對消費者特性進行調查,去分析消費者的購買行為。故本研究旨在探討善因行銷與購買意願、顧客忠誠度之間的關係,並以企業形象作為中介變數;此外本研究以消費者特性作為調節變數,探討其對企業形象與購買意願、顧客忠誠度的影響。本研究以台灣某保險經紀人公司作為研究對象,該公司預計未來要成立善因行銷平台,本研究採用問卷調查的方式,針對該公司在全台24個營業據點的業務人員及內部同仁進行問卷施測,共發放300份問卷,回收的有效問卷為265份,並藉由階層迴歸分析驗證本研究假說。本研究結果發現善因行銷、企業形象、消費者特性皆會

正向影響購買意願及顧客忠誠度,企業形象對善因行銷與購買意願、顧客忠誠度之間具有部分中介效果,消費者特性對企業形象與購買意願之間不具有調節效果,消費者特性對企業形象與顧客忠誠度之間具有調節效果。本研究進一步探討消費者特性各構面的影響,發現便利性、網路使用經驗對企業形象與顧客忠誠度之間皆具有調節效果。綜合上述,本研究建議企業未來在平台上推出善因行銷相關活動時,能夠將整個活動背後的概念完整的表達給公司的業務人員及內部同仁知曉,並致力於維持良好的企業形象,讓公司同仁對於公司的行為及活動的理念能夠感到認同,藉此提升同仁的活動參與率、並提高其購買意願、以及之後再次參與公司活動的意願。
