為降低空汙與減緩溫室效應,各國政府紛紛訂定禁售汽油、柴油車時程,全面採用電動車成為未來趨勢。而既設住宅、大樓及社區若要廣設電動車充電樁;除了面臨既設配電系統供電容量不足外,既設大樓台電配電室空間不足亦是一大問題。本論文有別於要求配電系統升級之探討,而是在現行配電系統架構下,依高壓用戶負載曲線探討建置電動車充電站。 本論文針對國立體育大學高壓用戶使用電力模擬軟體進行該校配電系統模型之建立並模擬設置電動車輛充電站,依夏月及非夏月離峰時段負載曲線在不超出用戶契約容量情況下,探討電動車充電站供應能力及對用戶配電系統、責任分界點之性能影響。 經電力模擬軟體於該大學在不增加契約容量及台電配電

系統負擔下;進行各種夏月及非夏月離峰時段之尖離峰負載、不同充電站容量、位置同時充電之模擬,以了解電動車充電站在不超約情況下最大充電量對該校之影響,做為未來各高壓用戶建置電動車輛充電站之設計參考,並將此方案做為建置電動車輛充電站之優先推廣重點,以舒緩台電配電系統升級之壓力。
