受到世界人口高齡化影響， 近年來 中高齡族群的議題受到重視，其中中高齡者的社交互動需求便是一大重點，隨著網路及智慧型手機普及，人們進行社交活動的方式也不再受限，即時通訊軟體就是其中一項重要的溝通互動工具，過去，年輕族群是科技的主要使用者，如今中高齡者的網路使用率亦不斷提高。本研究探討 中高齡者 使用即時通訊軟體傳遞訊息的目的，透過深度訪談法了解中高齡者進行訊息傳遞的需求 以及社交互動過程中獲得的價值感受，並以方法目的鏈為基礎，系統性的彙整出 12 項不同的訊息類型、 12 項傳訊目的以及 15 項價值觀，而後繪製價值階梯圖，分析層級間的連結關係。研究結果顯示，中高齡者最為重視的價值觀分別是歡
樂、安全感及尊重 ，因此常傳遞長輩圖及貼圖兩種圖像類型的訊息，主要的兩項的傳訊需求為社交互動及即時性 。本研究依中高齡者傳遞訊息的特質將其分為四種類型：分享型、務實型、交流型及愛家型，並提供企業或政府機關進行行銷活動、政令宣導之訊息傳播內容的建議。

本研究試圖回答：「在電子競技直播中，若以不同風格的電競主播作為調節效果，會對觀眾的觀看情緒與體驗帶來什麼樣的影響」，本研究分為三個部分進行探討，第一部分為探討觀眾的情感「擬社會關係」是否會影響觀眾的情緒「希望選手獲勝/失敗的情緒」，接著「希望選手獲勝/失敗的情緒「是否會影響觀看比賽的「懸念」感受；第二部分為探討當比賽結束的當下，「懸念感」是否會有效地轉移至「喚醒」，且是否會影響「心流體驗」；第三部分則是三種不同類型電競主播(威權型領導、服務型領導、魅力型領導)對於觀眾的情感、情緒和體驗之調節效果。 本研究採用階層線性模型進行跨層次分析，以29位海內外主播的主要觀眾群作為研究對象，有效問卷
