紅外線結合物件偵測應用於非接觸寵物體溫量測之研究
為了解決Dog Kennel 的問題，作者周韋宏 這樣論述：
紅外線溫度計可偵測標的物散發的熱輻射並得以量測溫度，其非接觸式且量測快速之特性，已經廣泛應用於體溫量測上。而動物由於難以在第一時間發現其健康狀況之異常，體溫監控可作為在早期健康監控的重要指標，但動物身上有毛髮覆蓋，傳統的紅外線量測技術難以獲得準確的體溫，臨床獸醫仍是以一般的溫度計插入動物肛門量測為主，不但造成動物的不適與壓力，也無法進行連續性的量測。本論文基於一般的紅外線熱成像技術，以紅外線偵測模組搭配環境溫度監測輔助，達到非接觸式的動物體溫量測，以動物的眼部、頭部、腳部及側腹做為測試點，可量測到眼部的發射率平均為0.5至0.6之間，而其餘部位受到受測物體表皮毛的粗糙程度以及密集度，所測得的
發射率過於低。因此，皆是以眼睛作為受測部位，並且降低接觸式與非接觸式之間量測的相對誤差率至1%；以物件偵測演算法達到定位監測功能，將YOLOv4-tiny物件偵測模型部屬至終端設備，達成邊緣運算之成效，以自有的訓練資料集訓練物件偵測模型。新增一層YOLO檢測層的YOLOv4-tiny-3l與YOLOv4-tiny兩種物件偵測模型分別以不同的輸入尺度進行比較，最終，訓練出的YOLOv4-tiny物件偵測模型在輸入尺度416下擁有最佳的各項指標數值，分別為80.59%的mAP、0.78的準確率、0.75的召回率以及影格率103.4fps，比原始YOLOv4-tiny物件偵測模型，提高了40 %的m

越南第二型犬小病毒之基因分型和遺傳特徵

自從1978年發現以來，第二型犬小病毒（CPV-2）已被認為是犬隻非常重要的病原之一，因為它會造成幼犬高致死率的嚴重腸炎。CPV-2屬於小病毒科，近年來發現有三種基因型別，分別為CPV-2a、CPV-2b及CPV-2c。本研究中，我們通過SimpleProbe® 即時PCR以及DNA定序分析來取得準確及敏感性高的CPV-2基因分型結果。利用SimpleProbe® 即時PCR以及DNA定序分析來進行CPV-2基因分型。接著利用SimpleProbe® 即時PCR來鑑別2016年11月至2018年2月來自越南北、中、南部疑似CPV-2感染之260份直腸拭子檢體。本研究提供證據顯示CPV-2c為
越南主要盛行之基因型別。親源分析結果顯示，越南的CPV-2c與亞洲的CPV-2c有共同的演化祖先。此外，序列分析發現有6株小病毒與貓小病毒（FPV）相似，親源分析也顯示該VP2基因全長與FPV相似。而這些與FPV相似的病毒株在VP2蛋白上有Thr101突變。本研究發現Ile101突變為Thr101改變了表面核心受體結合位置的大小、蛋白質接觸電位以及蛋白質的帶電荷。這也是首次提供可靠證據證明FPV可能對越南犬隻造成威脅的研究。關鍵字：Canine parvovirus type 2, Genotype, SimpleProbe® real-time PCR, Vietnam, SimplePro
