本研究之目的在於應用模糊多準則評估模式(FMCE)進行軍人工 作壓力改善策略的評估，透過層級結構的建立及專家專業的判斷後， 擷取專家具有共識性的判斷進行分析。本研究透過第一次專家問卷調 查，選取重要的壓力源要素及可行的改善策略，再據以建立工作壓力 改善策略評估層級結構。在層級結構中，包括整體目標、工作壓力構面、評估準則、以及改善策略等四個層級；壓力構面層級包括工作、組織、同僚、家庭、以及社會等五個構面；評估準則層級包括工作負荷重、工作時間長、工作責任重等十五個準則；改善策略層級包括簡化軍人工作業務、增加休閒活動等六項策略。根據所建立的層級結構，進行第二次專家問卷調查。本研究擷取 專家之共識性

判斷等級，再利用模糊多準則評估方法，進行 軍人工作壓力改善策略之評估，最後進行模糊數之排序，以決定改善 策略之優劣。根據分析結果顯示，在工作壓力構面中，以「工作構面」屬於極重要等級；在評估準則方面，以「協辦業務多」與「生活不規律」屬於極重要等級。在改善策略方面，以「簡化軍人業務」策略對改善軍人工作壓力最有效，其次分別為「重新檢視部隊職務工作執行規定」策略與「回歸正常績效審定制度」策略。關鍵字：軍人、工作壓力、策略、模糊數、多準則、評估
