「pkgiqas」泰雅族語譯為「使某人、事、物成為新的」。泰雅族傳統歌曲給人印象大多是嚴肅的,許多年輕人也因此不敢觸碰,我們將歌曲簡單、生活化,並以感動作為創作出發點,期盼能感動散落在台灣各地的泰雅新星,凝聚族人信心,勇敢為身為原住民而發聲。其中歌詞不斷反問自己什麼才是「真正的泰雅人?」;有時我們會因想掩飾自己信心不足而去想得多、用不正經的樣子偽裝自己、以酒精麻痺自己等,但其實最重要的是保守自己的內心,這正是歌名——《新心》的由來。

本研究主旨在探究閱讀知識性文本對於提升台灣二年級學童英語字彙和閱讀理解能力的成效。本研究採單組前、後測實驗設計,以新北市某補習班八位二年級生為研究對象,接受計12堂課,每堂50分鐘之實驗教學。閱讀的知識性文本則以三本不同主題的知識性讀本為主。研究工具包含學生背景調查問卷、英語字彙和閱讀理解能力的前後測、每堂小考(共12次)、和半結構式訪談,從量化和質性來檢視接受實驗的學生在實驗教學後其英語字彙和閱讀理解能力是否有顯著進步。 研究結果顯示八位研究對象在英語字彙和閱讀理解能力上皆有顯著進步。再者,雖然研究對象於閱讀知識性文本的表現、喜愛、和接受度深受對其主題的背景知識、興趣、和相關

語言熟練度影響,但對於閱讀知識性文本普遍持正面的回饋。最後,根據研究結果提出相關建議,供英語教學與未來研究之參考。
