研究目的探討在兒童與青少年情緒行為問題方面音樂介入之成效,以及不同研究特徵之次群組與效果量的比較。研究方法本研究採用系統性回顧法,使用 PubMed、MEDLINE、ScienceDirect、Airiti Library、中國知識資源總庫等五個資料庫,以「音樂治療(music therapy)」AND「情緒問題(emotion problem)」、與「音樂治療(music therapy)」AND「行為問題(behavior problem)」為關鍵字,搜尋自 2010 年 1 月至 2020 年 12 月間出版之文獻,並以 RevMan 5.4 統計軟體進行文獻品質評估與後設分析。研究結

果共納入 10 篇文獻進行後設分析,結果顯示音樂治療介入對改善兒童青少年情緒行為問題具有良好的成效,在情緒問題方面,達高度效果量(SMD= -0.84, CI: -1.25~-0.44);在行為問題方面,效果量為低度效果(SMD= -0.44, CI: -0.60~-0.27),兩者皆達顯著差異;而在利社會行為方面之介入效果(SMD= 0.13, CI: -0.0~0.34)則未達顯著差異。透過次群組分析顯示不同評估來源、介入理論與介入強度,是異質性高或低的影響變項。研究結論整體而言,音樂介入對兒童與青少年的情緒行為問題的改善有顯著的效果,而在親社會行為的效果雖然不顯著,仍可看出結果偏向於音樂

治療介入的趨勢。本研究綜合過去十年國內外之研究,提供兒童青少年情緒行為問題音樂介入成效概況,做為未來實務及研究者之參考。
