主動脈心臟瓣膜之流體力學與力學性能分析

為了解決E46 M3的問題,作者阮伯山 這樣論述:

本研究分別探討正常及兩種病變的人類主動脈心臟瓣膜的血流動力學,其目的為對PU 人工心臟瓣膜之力學性能進行可行性分析。利用有限元素分析軟體ANSYS CFX 計算三維雷諾平均方程的流體動力學問題,結構變形的問體則以有限體積分析軟體ABAQUS 來計算。以製圖軟體Solidworks 分別繪出正常與兩種病變的主動脈心臟瓣膜模型進行模擬,分析血液在主動脈中的流動速度與剪應力。分析結果顯示,瓣膜的開啟情形與幾何形狀會影響剪應力分佈與迴流情況。最大剪應力發生在瓣膜葉片靠近中心的葉瓣邊沿,最大血流速度集中在主動脈根部。此外,也證實了高低剪應力與心臟瓣膜疾病的產生有關聯。考量以PU 瓣膜替代患者心臟瓣膜進

行分析,觀察其的力學性質。結果顯示出低密度的PU 材質的葉瓣,具有較良好的流動性,但是會產生過高之應力導致耐久性降低,而高密度PU 材質的葉瓣,則減少應力產生,但是流動性質較不佳。低楊氏系數的PU 葉瓣膜具有良好的流動性質,衍生之葉瓣應力較小,而高楊氏系數的PU葉瓣膜則反之。本研究指出,PU 密度在1250 kg/m3 到1500 kg/m3 區間,而楊氏系數為 1.5MPa 到10MPa 區間為本研究最佳之PU 人工瓣膜。關鍵字:辦膜,主動脈辦膜,血液動力學,璧剪應力
