水性低紅外線發射率匿蹤塗料之研究

發展低紅外線發射率塗料可方便及有效的克服現今日益精良的紅外線探測技術。此外,近年環保概念意識高漲,溶劑揮發相關法規越來越嚴格,因此製造的低紅外線發射率塗料若能同時結合環保與節省能源等優點,可望使該類塗料更加符合未來趨勢。本研究以水性丙烯酸乳液製備出低紅外線發射率塗料,並設計田口方法,探討鋁粉、二氧化矽、含氟流平助劑與丙烯酸酯乳液對塗層之紅外線發射率、疏水性及光澤度的最佳配比參數;最後再以最佳紅外線發射率的參數量測塗層之附著性、硬度及表面型態。研究結果顯示,紅外線發射率、疏水性及光澤度的最顯著參數分別為鋁粉、丙烯酸酯乳液及含氟流平助劑;最佳紅外線發射率的配比參數為鋁粉含量為 35 wt.% 、

二氧化矽含量6 wt.%、含氟流平助劑含量0.5wt.%與乳液含量30 wt.%;塗層的紅外發射率為0.39、接觸角119.1%、光澤度0.2GU、附著性1級以及硬度5H。

市售水彩凡尼斯影響紙張性質之初探

  水彩畫對光照與溫濕度特為敏感,常見劣化狀況:褪色、龜裂、發霉及塵粒等等。近幾年,各廠商紛紛為水彩生產出不同功能的產品,其材料是否能夠因地制宜,一直為相關領域者所關注的議題。水彩凡尼斯為水彩輔助劑種類之一,主要用於保護水彩畫作表面,使用方式和原理與油畫凡尼斯相同。而對於亞熱帶氣候高溫高濕環境的臺灣而言,保存環境與水彩凡尼斯生產地的環境則截然不同。因此筆者選用國內販售的水彩凡尼斯,觀察對紙張的保存性影響,作為本研究的探討議題。  本研究先以文獻探討,瞭解材料的成分與應用,並結合問卷調查,從受訪者經驗中得知水彩凡尼斯的使用情況。將水彩凡尼斯分別進行成膜試驗與人工老化試驗,人工老化將水彩凡尼斯塗

佈於ARCHES®水彩紙上,進行濕熱與QUV光老化,瞭解水彩凡尼斯應用本身和於紙張表面上時,可能產生的劣化狀況。並以目測觀察、紫外線檢測、顯微結構觀察、色差值、光澤度、表面粗糙度與酸鹼值等進行分析,藉以評估較合適應用於紙材上的材料。  研究結果顯示,經過成膜與人工老化試驗後,部分品牌易造成紙張顏色改變、呈現螢光反應、光澤度下降、表面變為粗糙與改變樣本纖維結構等影響。酸鹼度檢測中,大多皆位於中性範圍。綜觀本研究可得知,各品牌水彩凡尼斯對紙張影響之輕重狀況盡為不同,可提供做為使用者與保存修護人員參考,因此筆者認為水彩凡尼斯應避免於收藏環境不佳的情況下使用。
