二氧化錫於氨氣感測機制之研究

氨為空氣汙染物中最重要的來源之一,具有刺鼻味並且危害呼吸系統。此外,在醫療保健應用上,肝臟及腎臟疾病與各個階段呼出的氨氣濃度有密切相關性。本研究設計四組元件,以其中兩組元件進行氨氣感測,並且討論氨氣的感測機制。在材料的選擇上選用二氧化錫(SnO2),其對於還原性氣體具有良好的響應。研究利用濺鍍法(Sputter)沉積二氧化錫,便於控制材料的純度,以熱退火提高二氧化錫材料以及金屬電極與二氧化錫接觸的界面品質,從而提高感測的響應以及元件的電導率。以紅外線熱顯像儀分析加熱器施加電壓下元件產生的熱分佈以控制工作溫度。實驗顯示元件在 125C 下有最好的氣體響應,對兩組檢測範圍由 ppm 到 ppb

的氣體感測,基於實驗數據分析結果,隨著元件感測層面積的減小,感測機制由 Langmuir-Hinshelwood mechanism 轉變為 Mars-van Krevelen mechanism,最後根據感測機制預估兩組元件的偵測極限分別為 13.5 ppb 及 4.31 ppb。

放射線腫瘤治療呼吸位移追蹤與補償技術研究

在衛生福利部的公告中:國人十大死因在民國109年的排名第一位仍然是癌症,而胸腔癌症持續居於最高位。而在胸腔腫瘤的治療方式中,放射線是經常使用的一種治療方法,而在治療中放射線照射的過程,病患的呼吸將造成橫膈膜位置的變動,進而使胸腔中的器官與組織連帶有位移的情形(Organ Motion),這現象將造成放射線劑量分散到其他正常細胞上,除了降低了原本期望的治療成果外,也可能對腫瘤附近的健康細胞造成損傷。針對腫瘤呼吸位移造成對放射線治療的影響,目前廣泛看到的做法就是對腫瘤位移實施即時量測,本實驗是採用超音波進行位移的量測為基礎,針對補償方面進行研究。而在補償的方式可以分再分為二類,其一是經由放射線源

的動作進行補償,其次是透過治療床的移動進行補償。本研究使用無侵入且無輻射的超音波系統進行橫膈膜的位移量測,除了在治療床上面架設呼吸位移補償系統來改善放射線治療的劑量分佈情形,對於不適和於治療過程中連續移動的病患設計了體外橫膈膜運動重現系統來輔助醫療人員對放射線的調控,另外也進行同步劑量累積的計算,在每一次門控的間隔中計算出調整治療床位置的建議,在此系統中使用的時間取樣為0.1秒、空間取樣為0.1mm,將其計算所得到的結果與EB3 film上面累積的分布情形做比較,其中最大誤差接近8%,而整體平均誤差均小於3%;若依指示進行位移調整建議,對於劑量的分布可以得到5%~30%的改善程度,確實達到放射

線劑量更集中於治療部位的效果。
