2020 年全球受到新冠肺炎(Covid-19)的影響,奪走了全世界無數的性命,此次疫情對 全球及臺灣不僅是一場傳染病,更是一場金融危機。本研究使用事件研究法來探討疫情 對臺灣宣布三級警戒後之影響,研究產業為上市旅遊業、餐飲業、生技醫療業,研究期 間自 2020/07/15 至 2021/06/02,共 216 個交易日,65 個觀察值(事件日為 2021/5/19,估 計期為 2020/7/15-2021/5/11,事件日為 2021/5/12-2021/6/2),並以變異數分析檢測此次疫 情於各產業在異常報酬的變化,再利用財務比率做橫斷面迴歸分析。 一、臺灣股票市場的確因 Covid-1

9 事件而產生異常報酬並符合效率市場假說: 旅遊業與餐飲業投資組合異常報酬(AR),於事件日前才有統計上顯著負異常報酬;在事 件日後並無顯著負異常報酬反而為正異常報酬,原因可能是在衛福部疾管署宣布全國三 級警戒前,疫情就已經擴大導致國內許多人已經感染疫情,而在市場上已經反應完畢, 其生技醫療業的狀況也可能是投資在三級警戒前因為大量確診人數而先有了警覺。 二、不同產業有不同的異常報酬:在 T-5 及 T-2,旅遊業與餐飲業跌幅為最大,生技醫療在事件期除了在第八天-1.26%其餘 都在-0.7%至 2%之間,在第一天後三個不同產業走勢都為一致。若觀察累積異常報酬 (CAR),則此事件對餐飲業負向影

響最大其次為旅遊業,而生技醫療業皆是正向累積異 常報酬,但都並不顯著。三、個別公司財務比率產生不同的異常報酬: 本研究所採用的財務比率因子為:公司總資產(LNTA)、總資產報酬率(ROA)、流動比率 (CACL)、負債資產比(TLTA),並非每個因子都適合所有產業,對旅遊業而言 LNTA、 ROA、CACL 較有顯著的解釋力,對餐飲業而言則是都沒有顯著影響,但是 TLTA 與預 期的一樣為負影響相關,對生技醫療業來說只有 LNTA 為負影響關係,其餘皆為正向關 係關係,但是只有 ROA 為顯著影響。

sal due to union activity. The US National Labor Relations Act (Wagner Act) became the model for labor laws in both countries. Organized labor began to decline in the United States in the late 1960s due to a variety of factors including electoral politics, internal social and cultural differences, a

nd economic change. Canadian unions fared better in comparison to their American counterparts, but still engaged in significant struggles.This analysis focuses on management and labor interaction in the United States and Canada from the 1930s to the turn of the second decade of the twenty-first cent

ury. It also includes a short overview of employer and worker interaction from the time of European colonization to the 1920s. The book addresses two overall questions: In what forms did management and labor conflict occur and how was labor-management interaction different between the two countries?

It pays particular attention to key events and practices where the United States and Canada diverged when it came to labor-management conflict including labor law, electoral politics, social and economic change, and unionization patterns in the public and private sectors.This book shows that there

were key points of convergence and divergence in the past between the United States and Canada that explain current differences in labor-management conflict and interaction in the two countries. 企業ESG績效與銀行聯貸結構之關聯性研究

企業於營運過程中,因資金需求龐大促使聯貸銀行團成立。過去文獻發現,聯貸結構裡的主辦銀行與參貸行間,會因為逆向選擇與道德風險而存在著資訊不對稱;然而,現今永續發展已成為大眾所追求的目標,本研究主要目的,旨透過企業ESG績效,是否有效減緩聯貸銀行團間資訊不對稱。本研究係以2008年至2020年有承作聯貸之台灣上市櫃公司為研究對象。首先探討企業ESG績效與聯貸結構之關聯,實證結果顯示,企業ESG績效越好的企業,可以降低主辦銀行持有貸款比例。此外,本文進一步探討聯貸銀行團簽訂赤道原則或機構投資人持有比例越高,是否增強企業ESG績效與聯貸結構之負向關聯性。實證結果顯示,聯貸銀行團簽訂赤道原則比例越高或

機構投資人持有比例較高時,ESG績效越高之企業,越能降低主辦銀行持有貸款比例。
