ย้อนกลับไปเมื่อ 5 เดือนก่อน กับการเปิดตัวต้นแบบซุปเปอร์ไบค์สเปครถแข่ง BMW HP4 Race ในงาน 2016 EICMA Show ที่ทาง BMW Motorrad ให้คำมั่นสัญญาในวิดีโอทีเซอร์ว่า เจอกันแน่ในปี 2017
และวันนั้นก็มาถึง วันที่ค่ายใบพัดสีฟ้าขาวทำตามสัญญาด้วยการเปิดตัว HP4 Race ซุปเปอร์ไบค์ประกอบมือ ที่ใช้พื้นฐานของ S1000RR โดยเพิ่มความพิเศษเข้าไปด้วยการใช้เฟรมตัวถังและล้อที่ทำจากวัสดุคาร์บอนไฟเบอร์ โดยจำกัดจำนวนการผลิตเพื่อจำหน่ายไว้เพียง 750 คันเท่านั้น
เฟรมตัวถังคาร์บอนไฟเบอร์ดังกล่าวมีน้ำหนักเพียง 17.2 ปอนด์หรือ 7.8 กิโลกรัมเท่านั้น ทำจากคาร์บอนไฟเบอร์ทั้งหมด ยกเว้นจุดเชื่อมต่อต่างๆที่ยังใช้โลหะอยู่ เบากว่าเฟรมที่ทำจากอลูมเนียมถึง 4 กิโลกรัม ในขณะที่เฟรมด้านหลังซึ่งรองรับเบาะนั่ง สามารถปรับความสูงได้ 3 ระดับ ก็ทำจากคาร์บอนไฟเบอร์เช่นกัน แต่ถูกขึ้นรูปด้วยกระบวนการที่เรียกว่า Resin Transfer Molding หรือ RTM เพื่อความแข็งแรงเป็นพิเศษ และรับมือกับการบิดงอได้ดี จึงรองรับการปรับระดับเบาะนั่งขึ้นลงได้อย่างไม่มีปัญหาใดๆ
ล้อขนาด 17 นิ้ว ทำจากคาร์บอนไฟเบอร์ที่ถูกขึ้นรูปในแบบ braiding หรือถักเกลียว ที่โครงสร้างเส้นใยคาร์บอนทั้งหมด ถูกห่อหุ้มในชิ้นเดียวกันด้วยเครื่องจักร ก็เบากว่าล้อที่ทำจากอัลลอยถึง 30% ทำให้น้ำหนักรถโดยรวมอยู่ที่ 171 กิโลกรัมเท่านั้น นอกจากนั้นยังช่วยลดแรงต้านแรงโน้มถ่วง ซึ่งเกิดจากการหมุนแบบลูกข่างที่เรียกว่า gyroscopic force ได้ถึง 40% ทำให้ควบคุมการขับขี่ได้ง่ายขึ้น โดยเฉพาะตอนเข้าโค้ง โดยยางที่ใช้เป็นของ Pirelli รุ่น Diablo Superbike Slick SC2 ทั้งสองล้อ ขนาด 120/70 และ 200/60 สำหรับล้อหน้าและหลัง ตามลำดับ
แม้ว่า คาร์บอนไฟเบอร์จะมีความแข็งแรงมาก แต่หลายคนก็อดห่วงไม่ได้ถึงความปลอดภัย ในกรณีนี้ BMW ชี้แจงว่า หากเกิดการชน หรือพลิกคว่ำ การออกแบบโครงสร้างของ HP4 Race จะช่วยให้เฟรมตัวถังและล้อเป็นอุปกรณ์ชิ้นท้ายๆที่ได้รับผลกระทบ
ระบบกันสะเทือนหน้าเป็นโช้คอัพแบบ upside down ของ Ohlins รุ่น FGR 300 รุ่นเดียวกับที่ใช้ในสนามแข่งระดับโลกและ MotoGP ส่วนระบบกันสะเทือนหลังเป็นแบบ spring strut ของ Ohlins เข่นกัน รุ่น TTX36 GP ที่ติดตั้งเข้ากับสวิงอาร์มทำจากอลูมิเนียม ที่ใช้กับรุ่น S1000RR สเปครถแข่ง ปรับค่าสปริงพรีโหลด compression และรีบาวนด์ ได้ทั้งสองล้อ
ระบบห้ามล้อเป็นของ Brembo รุ่น GP4 PR มาพร้อมคาลิปเปอร์แบบโมโนบล็อค ทำจากอลูมิเนียมแบบชิ้นเดียวเคลือบนิเกิล ขนาด 4 ลูกสูบ ที่ผิวลูกสูบได้รับการเคลือบสารไทเทเนียม ประกบดิสก์เบรคแบบ T-Type ขนาด 320 มม หนา 6.75 มม ที่ล้อหน้า ส่วนล้อหลังมาพร้อมดิสก์เบรคเดี่ยวจาก Brembo เช่นกัน ขนาดจาน 220 มม หนา 4 มม พร้อมคาลิปเปอร์แบบ 4 ลูกสูบ โดยมีระยะยุบที่ 130 และ 120 มม ตามลำดับ
อุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ต่างๆที่ถูกติดตั้งมาให้เป็นอุปกรณ์มาตรฐานได้แก่ จอแสดงผลแบบ 2D ที่แสดงข้อมูลที่น่าสนใจอย่าง lap time ที่เก็บข้อมูลผ่านระบบ GPS, การตั้งค่าของระบบ Traction Control และการตั้งค่าระบบ Engine Brake นอกจากนั้นยังมีระบบ Dynamic Traction Control (DTC) ปรับได้ 15 ระดับ ตั้งแต่ -7 ไปจนถึง +7 ระบบ Engine Brake (EBR) ปรับได้ 15 ระดับเช่นกัน ระบบ Wheelie Control ปรับได้ 5 ระดับ 1 ถึง 5 ที่ช่วยให้การยกล้อแตะพื้นมีความปลอดภัยและให้ผู้ควบคุมรถสามารถทำอัตราเร่งได้สูงสุดในขณะที่ยังมีความปลอดภัยอยู่ ซึ่งแต่ละระบบที่กล่าวมา สามารถปรับแต่งค่าได้ตามเกียร์ต่างๆ นอกจากนั้นยังมีระบบ Launch control และระบบ Pit Lane Speed Limiter จำกัดความเร็วอัตโนมัติเมื่ออยู่ในพิตเลน

包覆台灣藜殼活性成分並具有巨噬細胞標靶功能的奈米粒子對肥胖發炎性鐵代謝異常的影響
為了解決Fgr200 的問題,作者廖禹琪 這樣論述:
前言:肥胖相關發炎會增加鐵調素(hepcidin)的分泌,提高對排鐵通道蛋白(ferroportin)的降解,使鐵質堆積在細胞內並降低小腸鐵吸收,進而導致鐵代謝異常的發生。M2 CD163+巨噬細胞在鐵的代謝回收機制上扮演重要的角色,主要透過鐵調素-排鐵通道蛋白機制調節體內血鐵平衡。目前並無有效治療發炎性貧血或鐵代謝異常的方法。近年來,以奈米粒子作為藥物載體越來越受到關注,透過修飾奈米粒子使其具有可包覆脂溶性藥物、標靶特定目標、高生物相容性等特性,可以改善傳統藥物治療的限制。台灣藜殼為台灣原生種穀物,其有效活性成分有良好的抗發炎、抗氧化等功能。本實驗室過去研究發現4種台灣藜殼己烷萃取物中的活
性成分,有效降低內毒素脂多醣(Lipopolysaccharides, LPS)誘發活化型巨噬細胞促發炎因子及鐵調素的分泌。因此本研究主要目的為:以細胞和動物實驗模式探討台灣藜殼活性成分巨噬細胞標靶的奈米粒子對鐵代謝異常之影響。材料與方法:(1) in vitro THP1 cell model: 以LPS (2 ug/mL)刺激THP-1巨噬細胞後,分別介入台灣藜殼活性成分(hexacosanol, β-amyrin, squalene或stigmasterol)、包覆活性成分的奈米粒子或甘露糖修飾奈米粒子後,觀察細胞分泌發炎因子、鐵調素-排鐵通道表現量;(2) acute in vivo
animal model: 給予大鼠LPS (1 mg/kg BW) 急性誘發血鐵代謝異常後,介入台灣藜殼活性成分(5 mg/kg BW, 靜脈注射),分析血鐵代謝及發炎反應; (3) chronic in vivo animal model: 給予3個月高脂高鐵飲食(50% fat, 2 g ferric Fe/kg diet)後,腹腔注射LPS (0.5 mg/kg BW)誘發慢性鐵代謝異常,並注射hexacosanol、hexacosanol奈米粒子或hexacosanol甘露糖修飾奈米粒子 (2.5 mg/kg BW, 腹腔注射),總共介入6 週共計8次注射,檢測血液生化數值,分析肝臟
鐵質代謝相關表現。結果: (1) 細胞實驗顯示: 包覆4種台灣藜殼活性成分奈米粒子皆可抑制發炎激素和鐵調素的生成並提高排鐵通道蛋白表現量。(2) 急性動物實驗發現只有hexacosanol可顯著改善LPS誘發急性發炎造成的血鐵代謝異常。(3) 高脂高鐵 (50%脂肪與2 g ferric iron/kg diet)-LPS誘發肥胖鐵代謝異常動物實驗顯示: 只有hexacosanol甘露糖修飾的奈米粒子(2.5 mg/kg BW)可顯著改善脂肪肝、肝臟發炎反應、增加排鐵通道蛋白及其重要轉錄因子Nrf2和HIF-2α蛋白,並抑制Keap1和PHD2蛋白表現,而包覆hexacosanol奈米粒子及甘
露糖修飾的標靶奈米都可以有效改善LPS及高脂高鐵飲食誘發的血糖、血脂異常且具有下調鐵調素表現的能力。結論:Hexacosanol甘露糖修飾奈米粒子具有調控發炎誘發的鐵調素-排鐵通道蛋白異常相關機制,血鐵回復正常代謝並合併改善脂肪肝及肝臟發炎反應。故藉由hexacosanol甘露糖修飾奈米粒子標靶巨噬細胞,未來可能可以作為治療肥胖發炎性鐵代謝異常的替代性治療方法。
