一包美人菇(或任何你喜歡的菇類)
一匙麵粉
一顆蛋
蒜頭
巴西里
海鹽
黑胡椒
卡宴辣椒
優格
黃芥末醬
零卡甜菊液或羅漢果糖漿

先把美人菇切塊
把吐司放入氣炸烤箱烤到金黃酥脆
被我偷吃了幾口
放入塑膠袋中
敲打成粉狀
打一顆蛋
加入蒜泥
攪拌均勻後
準備一個新的小盅
加入一匙麵粉
黑胡椒
海鹽
卡宴辣椒粉
巴西里
攪拌均勻之後
將美人菇沾一層香料麵粉
裹上蛋液
最後包覆一層麵包粉
就可以送入氣炸烤箱
兩面200度各烤7分鐘
挖一匙特調的低卡優格芥末醬
就完成啦!

🍄RECIPE:
cut mushrooms into quarters
Bake 1 toast until golden and crisp.
Transfer the bread to a plastic bag.
gradually crush the bread into crumbs.
Beat 1 egg and minced garlic
Whisk in a small bowl
In another bowl,
Add 1 tsp flour
Black pepper
sea salt
Cayenne pepper
Parsley
Toss the mushrooms in the flour
then dunk it in the eggs
finally toss them in the breadcrumb
Push the basket into the fryer
and cook for 360°F 7 mins both side
Serve with this healthy yogurt mustard dipping sauce.
Air Fryer Mushroom pairs well with this dipping sauces

運動是一種改善中老年人骨骼肌氧合能力、提高肌肉力量並最終影響整體身體功能表現的有效方式。然而,較少的研究評估不同運動類型之間訓練效益的差異。此外,由於中老年人生病、外出旅行與照顧兒童等原因,迫使運動鍛煉的中斷。如何合理安排運動訓練的週期、強度與停訓週期,以促使中老年人在未來再訓練快速恢復以往訓練效益,目前亦尚不清楚。本文以三個研究建構而成。研究I:不同運動訓練模式對中老年人的骨骼肌氧合能力、肌力與身體功能表現的影響。以此探討50歲及以上中老年人進行每週2次為期8週的爆發力、阻力訓練以及心肺訓練在改善中老年人肌肉組織氧合能力、與肌肉力量身體功能效益的差異。我們的研究結果表明:爆發力組在改善下肢

肌力、最大爆發力與肌肉品質方面表現出較佳的效果。心肺組提高了30s坐站測試成績並減少了肌肉耗氧量,從而改善了中老年人在30s坐站測試期間的運動經濟性。年紀較高的肌力組則對於改善平衡能力更加有效。此外,三組運動形式均有效改善了中老年人人敏捷性。研究 Ⅱ:停止訓練對運動訓練後中老年人肌力與身體功能表現的影響:系統性回顧與meta分析。本研究欲探討停止訓練對運動訓練後中老年人肌力與身體功能表現訓練效益維持的影響。我們的研究結果表明:訓練期大於停止運動訓練期是肌力維持的重要因素。若訓練期

本論文旨在研究高功率可變出光角之光子晶體面射型雷射的設計,製作及其光電特性。光子晶體面射型雷射因具備大功率操作及發散角小等特性,近年來頗受矚目,被視為是3D感測,光達,和雷射加工等應用領域的理想光源;研究首先藉由數值模擬計算來探討磊晶結構及光子晶體結構對於雷射閾值及出光效率的影響,進而得到較佳的磊晶結構同時配合不同的光子晶體結構來進行實驗驗證,實驗與模擬的結果均顯示雷射的斜率效率隨著光子晶體結構的對稱性下降而大幅上升,實驗並針對P面向上的結構進行優化,使得光輸出功率進一步提升,同時我們也針對大功率單模操作進行探討。另一方面我們也針對改變鐳射出光角度的機制進行研究以實現光束掃描的新奇雷射結構。

先後評估了主動式的光學相位陣列,主動式光柵結構,雙調變式光子晶體結構以及超穎結構等方式,考量結構整合的便利性及發光效率等因素,我們採用雷射整合表面超穎結構的方式進行設計,超穎結構的設計使用了奈米結構陣列及反向設計兩種方式,在砷化鎵基板上實驗的結果顯示此結構可將雷射光偏轉至設計的角度並且抑制原本垂直方向上的雷射光,此超穎結構結合光子晶體面射型雷射將得到高效率且緊湊的光束偏轉雷射,進一步製作成不同出光角度的陣列並單獨控制即可實現掃描功能,預期此雷射結構在上述的應用領域有著相當大的潛力。
