我們開發一種用於線上測量血液透析、即時得知透析廢液(spent dialysate)中尿酸和β2-微球蛋白濃度的光電系統。此光電系統是由兩組紫外光波段的發光二極體、流通槽和光感測二極體組成;一組用於在波長為278 nm波峰測量尿酸的吸收光度(absorbance),而另一組用於在波長為315 nm波峰測量β2-微球蛋白的吸收光度。量測血液透析時流過流通槽透析廢液的吸光值。在流通槽上,我們使用圓柱形的設計來減少全內折射並減少迷光(strait light)進入光感測器,以獲得更好的線性度和最小的比爾定律偏差。該系統首先使用標準溶液解進行校準,並安裝至商用的血液透析機,來量測臨床研究中六名患者的

現代資訊化戰爭,戰場情況瞬息萬變,戰機稍縱即逝。有時偵察無人機剛剛發現和鎖定了目標,但還需要把目標信息回傳指揮部門或轉交火力平台,就這短短的幾十秒到幾分鐘時間,偵察無人機可能很快就會被敵方察覺和擺脫,如何儘量縮短從發現到打擊的反應鏈路的時間和距離,就成了戰場成敗的關鍵。為了解決這一問題,美國AeroViroment公司研製了偵察無人機+飛彈功能相結合的新概念武器Switchblade採用管式發射的簡便使用方式,實現邊發現邊監視,邊鎖定邊攻擊,將偵察和打擊融為一體,縮短從發現到打擊目標的時間,本論文要開發類似系統但酬載更大,目標為酬載3公斤、續航30分鐘、巡航速度40節,並設計兩台原型機。第一
