自80年代個人電腦問世、90年代網際網路的日益普及，一路發展到現今的行動聯網與萬物聯網，惡意危害事件不僅與日俱增。即使普羅大眾的資訊安全意識亦隨之提高，但資安事件還是不斷的發生，資安威脅無所不再。本研究透過『通訊傳播資安監控分析通報平臺』所提供的情資分析，瞭解資通安全事件是何原因而產生，提出具體可行的改善辦法及防護建議，以減少資通安全事件之再發生。根據蒐集之資料與分析結果，使用者對網路使用的安全教育普遍不足，相對資通安全的觀念也很薄弱，在面對網路資安事件日益頻繁且花樣百出之趨勢，使用者應不斷提高安全防護措施，增強防範病毒侵襲、駭客攻擊的能力。並應保持頭腦的清醒，虛假訊息不要輕信，不要開啓來路

不平衡資料(Imbalanced Data)是客戶銷售行為數據中常見之資料型態，此類型數據形成偏斜的類別分佈(Skewed Class Distribution)，通常會造成分類演算法模型，傾向將樣本分類至大類樣本的類別，模型的預測能力降低。本研究使用Sakar et al.(2019)之資料集做為研究資料集，使用過抽樣(Oversampling)方法SMOTE與欠抽樣(Undersampling)方法PPS之抽樣技術進行不平衡資料抽樣。且有別於Sakar et al.(2019)以深度學習之神經網路(Neural Network)建立最佳模型，本研究分別以統計學習/機器學習之羅吉斯迴歸(L

ogistic Regression)、支持向量機(Support Vector Machine(簡記為SVM))、隨機森林(Random Forest)、提度提升機/梯度提升迴歸樹(Gradient Boosting Machine(簡記為GBM)/Gradient Boosting Regression Tree(簡記為GBRT)) 、極限梯度提升(eXtreme Gradient Boosting (簡記為XGBoost))等方法進行模型建立與比較。本研究發現(1)以不平衡資料抽樣技術及統計學習/機器學習模型，可建立出預測能力高於深度學習之神經網路模型；(2)以XGBoost演算法建立之
