110年全國中等學校運動會角力項目國中女子組自由式選手得分技術之分析

背景：近年來台灣角力女子自由式成績有持續進步當中，陳玟陵在2016年3月奧運角力亞洲區資格賽中取得里約奧運的參賽資格，為中華台北隊史上第一位女子奧運角力國手，繼陳玟陵後我國選手張惠慈在國際賽中也陸續獲得好成績。女子角力所佔的金牌數在國際與國內比賽中，比例不遜於男子，但針對女子選手得分技術研究相對於男子組來說較為少見，而比賽中致勝的關鍵，不外乎與技術動作有關。本研究所得之數據可供基層教練參考，了解現今主要得分技術以利平時訓練及賽中建議。目的：為針對「中華民國110全國中等學校運動會角力項目國中女子組自由式」選手，探討國中女子組自由式的主要得分技術動作，以建議我國基層女子選手訓練時的參考。方法：

本研究係筆者於2021年4月17日至4月21日間，親自前往台灣雲林實地考察，並利用攝影器材記錄每一場比賽影像資料，結束考察後與二位專家利用影片觀察法分析(比賽標記分析)紀錄比賽選手每場比賽得分分值與得分動作，分析同性別、同比賽層級、不同量級、同組別之結果統計分析，用描述性統計進行動作次數統計，以獨立樣本T檢定進行優秀組與一般組有效得分動作之差異。結果：一、以國中女子自由式比賽獎牌分布來看，大多為角力運動發展較成熟的南投縣、桃園市及新北市奪牌。二、以不同的組別來比較不同分值動作的差異來看，優秀組除了在逃避得分及一分動作外其餘分值動作都會優於一般組，尤其以壓制勝為最有效率的攻擊方式。三、以不同組別

來比較不同得分動作的差異來看，優秀組顯著高於一般組的動作有兩分動作的背後控制、四分動作的抱頭摔、雙腳擒抱和壓制勝。四、以優秀組選手得分動作比較，兩組在不同得分動作上，都無達到顯著，但以兩分動作輕中量級優於中重量級，而在壓制動作上為中重量級優於輕中量級。結論：可建議各縣市舉辦交流訓練營，了解國際規則的改變趨勢，在技術訓練可針對2分的繞背後控制與4分的雙腳擒抱與抱頭摔做加強，角力專項訓練加入運動科學支援配合。關鍵字：技擊運動、青少年運動員、得分、體重量級。
