發展案例式推理情緒感知機器人之設計思考：以面試互動情境為例

隨著設計與科技跨領域的整合應用，依據情境需求所建置的互動服務機器人的發展，已蔚為趨勢。研究顯示，若能導入情感運算技術以及機器學習機制，深化互動服務機器人與使用者之間的互動與回饋，則更能符合服務情境與未來創新服務發展的需求。本研究乃架構於跨領域整合的趨勢，整合設計思考的概念與方法、情緒偵測的技術以及案例式推理分析的方法，以模擬面試的服務情境為實證研究案例，建置情緒感知機器人的原型系統。並透過實驗結果，分析相關技術整合的成效，以及系統發展之價值、效用與示能性。本研究整體實證驗證的流程分為兩個步驟。首先，於前導測試中，透過模擬案例建立基礎案例資料庫，並指派各屬性因子之初始權重。而後，依據不同專業領

域與背景之受測者進行實證測試，透過其與系統的互動與回饋，進行差異化分析，並依以作為不同專業領域各屬性因子調整的依據。實證結果顯示，受測者於模擬面試的過程所呈現之情緒反應與本研究透過設計思考之方法，所提出之使用者旅程地圖中所假設之情緒反應相似。而在相關指標分析的結果則顯示，「眨眼頻率」指標應用於緊張情緒之感知分析有其顯著性。而「臉部表情偵測」、「語意情緒分析」與「重點關鍵詞配對率」等因子對於緊張情緒之感知，則會因受測者專業與背景之差異，而有不同的顯著性。因此，若能針對受測者特別具顯著性之偵測因子做加權，則更能突顯本研究所建構情緒感知機器人原型系統的效用。本研究的主要貢獻除了以跨領域的思維導引情緒

感知機器人核心技術之發展外，也針對後續發展情緒感知應用提出相關創新服務之整合模式。整體而言，本研究透過對情緒偵測相關核心技術之整合與測試，建構了情緒感知機器人原型系統之應用價值。另透過跨領域整合所發展之情緒感知機器人原型系統，除了可介接使用者的需求與技術應用及功能的開發外，也可導引後續創新服務的發展。另本研究應用案例式推理分析的方法，建立互動服務情境及使用者專業背景與情緒感知評價系統的連結，除能符合人本設計以使用者為導向的需求以及系統應用之示能性外，後續也可透過案例庫的累積，建立情緒感知機器人未來建構機器學習機制的基礎。
