本研究以近三年可蒐集到市售車廠所出產之電動機車與年輕消費者做為研究對象，探討年輕消費者對電動機車之意象認知與偏好。實驗使用田口法，以直交表規劃產品造型樣本，透過感性量測，並分別以因素分析與迴歸分析，了解電動機車意象優化之關聯性。最後應用田口分析結果進行實務設計應用。研究結果顯示: （1）選擇適當的直交表，進行電動機車造型設計與實驗規劃，並應用田口品質工程法的理論概念，確實可以找到造型意象優化之參數組合。（2）設計師在面對電動機車造型設計案時，可利用田口意象優化求得之參數組合，做為設計規範，快速的完成造型設計。（3）研究發現不同性別的年輕消費者對於少部份電動機車樣本之意象認知與偏好上，在部分意

象上有著顯著性的差異。（4）設計師可利用意象優化之參數組合與設計因子，進一步以造型參數的貢獻率為依據，調整參數水準，快速進行電動機車造型的初步設計。
