AOI(Automated Optical Inspection)自動光學檢測於台灣製造業中，為應用廣泛之一，因社會勞動力老年化及人口的趨減，加上人會因為疲勞而降低專注力，故製造業逐漸導入AOI光學檢測設備來取代傳統目檢人力，在應用於工廠內之產品瑕疵檢測時，常發生正確率不高／漏檢之問題，主要原因是以訓練樣品數不足為主，因瑕疵品在產品生產初期所發生之數量及類別不多，若出現不同的瑕疵內容，機器未先學習過，就會造成AOI漏檢。因此本研究主要利用GAN(Generative Adversarial Nets)中文譯為生成對抗網路來生成樣本，來彌補AOI開發初期樣本數不足的問題， 利用兩種生成對抗網路

模型Cycle GAN與Bicycle GAN在兩種不同情境的情況下，生成樣本來擴增AOI樣本資料庫，研究的架構中應用YoloV4(You Only Look Once V4)來當替代AOI系統，在資料集分配上，模擬剛開發初期只有少量的樣本時需讓AOI有基本的檢測能力，故只抽取少量的訓練資料來生成，其餘的當作測試集來驗證生成的樣本是否有效。有別於其他研究應用，本文利用VAE(Variational autoencoders)及GAN結合的生成對抗網路，控制特徵潛在空間向量來生成多樣性的AOI樣本，實驗結果說明利用生成對抗網路生成瑕疵樣本，相較於擴增前兩者準確率差異準確率可達12%，在實驗過程中

It was hard to believe that life could change so quickly. Jews were put into cattle cars and shipped

somewhere," Roth said. "This time, my luck was no longer with me. My brother and I, along with our grandparents and an aunt, were packed inside this box, with no bathroom and no windows. Imagine ninety people with insufficient space to sit-even on the floor and a bucket in the middle of the car for

waste." They reached their destination. Irving can still recall the image of black smoke, dogs, and Nazi soldiers who screamed at them to move quickly. Auschwitz. The Jews sometimes went days without eating. "One evening, when they were counting us, Andre was taken away," Irving said. He never saw his brother again. On April 11, 1945, the camp was finally liberated. Irving had survived. "Two American soldiers - veteran, hardened soldiers - walked i

nto this place and saw hundreds of emaciated children. They broke down, took any food they had in their pockets and gave it to the people that were standing around. They realized they needed to do something to feed these people; they had never seen skeletons shuffling around," Roth said. Irving's ex

perience in the concentration camp was finally over. He survived by being resourceful only through his sheer will to live another day. Even toward the end, when he did not feel like he would be able to make it, he felt like he had to live just another day and hold onto hope. After the war, Irving re

本論文提出了基於自注入鎖定架構之非對稱式雙向無線光通訊系統，此系統為了改善非對稱式雙向無線光通訊系統上行傳輸功率不足的問題，在系統端以自注入鎖定技術作為提升上行傳輸功率的方式，並使用空間光調變器作為動態繞射元件，使傳輸光束產生繞射角度，達到增加用戶端移動範圍的效果。而在用戶端方面更透過設計貓眼系統作為調變式復歸反射器，將上行光束接收並調變後以平行於入射光之路徑返回系統端做接收，可以免去用戶端準值系統的設置成本等問題，進而降低用戶端的體積與重量，增加系統的可攜帶性，達成無線光通訊中的雙向傳輸。從實驗之量測結果分析得知本論文所提之架構在使用C-band光源時可以達到線寬減小 0.08 nm、調變

頻寬提升 9.82 GHz、側模抑制比為 26.58 dB、功率增益為 23 dB之效能。而鏈路速度在超過 1.5 Gbits / s的情況下進行上行與下行雙向鏈路數據傳輸，其品質因子皆超過12 dB。此外本論文亦針對目前使用軌道角動量多工技術來增加上行通道傳輸容量之非對稱式雙向無線光通訊系統所可能面臨的通道衝突等問題提出一具有OAM交換功能之節點之設計來避免上行通道衝突的問題。透過本論文所提之設計不僅將能避免OAM通道衝突之問題產生並且亦能同時達成OAM通道交換之功能，預期將能成為未來實現非對稱式雙向無線光通訊系統不可或缺之關鍵性技術。
