隨著網路及資訊科技的發展，各行各業的技術級別檢定、證照考試或是各種類型的語言測驗也越來越普遍，程式設計相關的線上測驗平台亦如雨後春筍般的出現。對於一般的線上檢定考試來說，以傳統人力或是搭配監控設備作為輔助進行監考，仍是普遍的監考方式。然而，如果能有效記錄考生程式設計的過程，不僅可以防弊，也可以了解考生的程度。因此，如何在一般的線上程式設計考試系統，以不增加額外的監考人力或設備的條件下，進行監考機制的研究開發，是本論文的重點。本研究設計了「分群截圖」及「鍵盤事件紀錄」等兩項監考機制，期能在人力及設備資源有限的情況下，強化線上程式設計測驗平台的監考功能，有效地執行程式設計考試及監考作業。系統測試
結果顯示，在正常的參數設定下，系統的效能達到了預期成果，可以滿足20人以內線上程式設計考試的監考需求。有鑒於程式設計能力是未來國軍資通電軍人才培育的重要基礎，本論文藉由線上程式設計考試系統中監考機制的研究，開發相關監考功能，以完善整個考試平台的運用，期有朝一日能夠納入國軍軍事院校資訊相關科系，為國軍資訊人才培育盡一份微薄之力。

本研究旨在探討美容業職業訓練師專業成長之歷程、動機、內容與管道、效益、困境。本研究以三位資深及具有美容乙級監評資格，目前在職的美容業職業訓練師作為研究對象，採用個案研究法並以半結構式深度訪談法及文件分析進行資料收集並以主題分析法分析。本研究整理歸納主要之結論如下:一、 美容業專業成長之動機，來自職場壓力及美容業的日新月異，更要滿足學生的需求及自我期許，才能符合職訓環境的精益求精要求。二、 美容業職業訓練師追求創新變化的美容知識與技能、管理知能，並透過多元管道進行專業成長。三、 專業成長提升美容業職業訓練師之美容專業教學知能並有利於職訓機構招生與企業獲利。四、 美容業職
業訓練師面對進修學費高、時間不足與政府職訓政策不完整之專業成長困境。最後，研究者依據上述研究發現與結論，針對政府機關勞動部、美容職業訓練師及未來研究方向提出建議。
