近年來在關係行銷的領域中,提出關係風險的概念,目的是想提醒企業在進行關係行銷的同時,能注意到其可能造成的黑暗面,以避免黑暗面帶來負面的影響。然而,過去探討以交易成本理論與資源基礎觀點為基礎而探討關係風險的負面影響之架構中,對不確定性與涉入程度並沒有深入探討。本研究加入不確定性與關係涉入程度對上述關係之影響,以提出更為完整之分析架構。因此,本研究旨在探討合作雙方間關係風險、資產風險,以及能力風險間之關係,並分析關係類型不同時,各類風險間之關係是否會受到關係長度與關係涉入程度的干擾。本研究以服飾批發業之中盤商為研究對象,透過便利抽樣法回收155份有效樣本,並以Smart PLS進行測量模型與結構

模型的檢定。研究結果證實,關係風險會正向影響資產風險,且資產風險也會對能力風險有正向影響;在調節效果方面,不確定會增加合作雙方間關係風險對資產風險的影響。本研究結論有助深入了解關係風險等重要觀念對管理通路系統的影響力,並提供相關領域工作者實務上之管理意涵。

We combined transaction cost theory (TCT) and resource based view (RBV), which have been argued that they are complementary. However, the complementary nature of each theory has never been

empirical verified. This study fill the gap to verified the complementary nature of these tow theories.We use the data of Taiwanese apparel wholesaler to empirically verified our risk model. There were 134 usable samples. The result of our study shows that relationship risk has positive impact on a

sset risk and competence risk while asset risk also has positive impact on competence risk.
