本論文主要是研製一改良型無刷直流馬達無感測驅動器,本驅動器主要應用在車用無刷直流馬達風扇控制,輸入電壓範圍是10伏特~20伏特。本實驗控制核心是瑞薩電子公司RL78/F14數位訊號處理器R5F10PGG,用來實現無感測之馬達定位、啟動、驅動及保護等功能。為使無感測驅動器能達到可靠的啟動,在馬達開迴路啟動前藉判斷輸入電壓,給予所需的啟動參數。由實驗結果發現,模擬的霍爾訊號與原始霍爾訊號有角度誤差,因此使用軟體程式對落後訊號做相位超前補償。為使驅動波形在轉態時更加穩定,在相位未超前驅動波形轉態為相位超前驅動波形時,加入磁滯轉態銜接策略。最後針對馬達在驅動時若受到擾動,在軟體中設計保護判斷,經實驗

驗證能有效防止擾動造成的故障。

隨著電路設計規則日漸複雜,可繞度已成為擺置階段必須考慮的重要因素之一,然而作為過去所仰賴的依據,全域繞線擁擠圖放至今日已然無法體現可繞度的趨勢,若想獲得更全面且接近實際繞線的資訊,勢必得進行繞線流程包含全域以及細部繞線,而這相當費時,因此,如何準確且快速的獲得細部繞線資訊並以此做出對可繞度有效的改善是一門重要的課題。本篇針對有著極大長寬比並且容易因此產生嚴重可繞度問題的顯示器驅動晶片,提出一個能夠在擺置階段識別繞線擁擠的方法並以此產生擺置障礙來幫助我們解決上述問題。此方法透過分析繞線壅擠的聚集程度來預測是否會發生細部繞線錯誤以及其發生的位置,並且在這些位置上產生擺置障礙後重新進行擺置。實驗的

結果顯示,跟原本擺置系統的結果相比,我們提出的方法能準確預測細部繞線的錯誤的發生位置並有效減少其數量。此外,本方法可以建置在原有的自動化實體設計流程中,提供一個快速的解決方法來改善擺置的可繞度並且減少為解決細部繞線錯誤而重複進行的擺置和繞線次數。
