T細胞的蛋白酪胺酸磷酸水解酶 (TCPTP, PTPN2) 是在人體細胞中普遍表達的一種非受體型蛋白酪胺酸磷酸水解酶,在不同的細胞間室中有多種不同的作用受質。它調控關鍵訊息傳遞路徑,並與各種癌症生成、發炎反應以及其他人類疾病的發生息息相關。因此,了解TCPTP活性調控的分子機制對於開發針對TCPTP的治療方法至關重要,然而以結構基礎來詮釋TCPTP活性調控機制仍然難以捉摸。在本研究中,我們結合生物物理學以及生物化學的研究方法,進行全面性結構分析,闡明TCPTP活性調控的分子機制。由於TCPTP和PTP1B在PTP家族中是最接近的同源物,可以假設此兩種磷酸水解酶的活性調控是相似的。因此,我們首

基於電阻式記憶體的記憶體內運算架構一直是個有前途的加速卷積神經網路推論的方式,透過把卷積神經網路的權重存在交叉式記憶體陣列中,矩陣對向量乘法可以在記憶體陣列中以類比方式執行。把權重對應到交叉式記憶體陣列的方式決定運算執行的平行度、傳輸的成本和資源的利用率。現存部署權重的方法假設每個交叉式記憶體陣列可以平行執行全部的單元,但在實際的交叉式記憶體陣列中,累積多個記憶體單元產出電流的偏差和類比數位的轉換器誤差會讓推論的精準度大幅下降,為了讓推論精準度可以被接受,一個交叉式記憶體陣列只能執行部份字元線和部份位元線連接的記憶體單元,稱為執行單元。在以執行單元為基礎的電阻式記憶體內運算架構中,要優化卷積

運算的執行必須要周全考慮到傳輸成本和資源利用率地部署權重和安排運算,這件事是個新的挑戰。本篇論文提出第一個在實際的電阻式記憶體內運算加速器上執行卷積神經網路推論的優化框架,稱為SPATEM。SPATEM把整個問題切成多個利於追蹤的步驟和建立預期推論延遲的模型,在每個步驟中考慮不同面向的優化,以組合出一個綜合時間和空間考量的卷積神經網路推論的執行方式。和最新的作法相比,實驗結果顯示SPATEM平均能減少29.24%推論延遲,同時使用3.19倍資源和減少31.28%傳輸成本。
